Terrible. Hard to get the materials ordered correctly, Not the lowest cost vendor, materials sat at house in the way for 6 weeks before their third party installers showed up. Had to pay 1/2 of installation up front, 10 pieces of the new floor came out of the box damaged and will not reimburse that cost back to us and ended up as waste. Installers were very slow getting the work done, scratched our brand new kitchen cabinets in 4 places, they had a terrible time reinstalling our stove to get it level with the counter tops, had to call another vendor to tell them how to do that on a return call the next day. Installer told us to install the floor last after the cabinets were installed which is what caused the issue with the stove. Now our cabinets are installed sitting 3/4" lower on the sub floor and not on top of the new floor. Worked very sloppy but did clean up fairly well when finished. Will never use Lumber Liquidators or their installation vendor "Triangle Home Improvement of Williamsburg, Va. ever again.

I researched the various products available from multiple sources, but kept returning to Lumber Liquidators for the best deal available. This company was able to deliver a high quality product at a lower price than any other competitor. I was extremely impressed with the sales staff when we had any questions or concerns. I was able to purchase the items for less than $3 SF. By the time installation was completed, the total cost was about $5.50 per square foot. When compared to other companies, the price was from 2/3 to 1/2 of the price of any competitor for the same quality product.

It was one person who showed up and it took two days because it is a large space. I have had to call them back 5 times and they have been good about coming back and fixing things. There is a guarantee on the work. I'm dissatisfied with the floor laying and I think thats because of the inconsistency of the different people coming in. I just thought it was going to be perfect for the amount I paid.

I think it went very well. At the time, they were going through a change in their computer system, so they were having trouble keeping track of inventory. However, they recovered nicely. One of the store people, Joey, even delivered the material that didn't come in the first shipment the very next day from his own vehicle, to make sure we received it on time. The people at the store were pretty knowledgeable. The pricing is good compared to a lot of the other vendors.

Installer was good and fast but they did not speak english and we had some communication issues, they cleaned up and took all the leftover flooring back to Lumber Liquidator, so we got a refund for flooring not used, but they also did not leave the warranty that was on the boxes.

Looked great....came premeasured in boxes....you had to order next number of feet up. All the wood looked nice and when brad nailed....I did not feel the need to wood putty the holes. No splitting of wood...even the shortest pieces.

This company was recommended by a friend and boy am I happy we found them. The sales staff knows their stuff and was able to help me with my selection which ended up saving me 20-30% over all the other flooring companies. They were not only fast and friendly but very helpful not pushy! Now I know why this company is doing so well they operate like companies used to back in the old days when price service and selection means something to the customer. I highly recommend them to any and everyone, you would be crazy to buy your hardwood floors anywhere else!
