They need a little bit of bump up, some of the clerks are absolutely fabulous and some of them couldn't give a hoot, they are not knowledgeable and they are trying to replace, some of them have an attitude but mostly they are good but when you run into somebody that really doesn't care you are doesn't know what they are talking about then that's the problem.

I liked their services. They were quick, efficient, and seemed to care about what was going on.

I learned a lot! Got a really cool, but inexpensive bathroom faucet, too!

We got a great deal on a front-loading washer. I had a 10% off coupon, plus a $110 rebate, plus a rebate on the delivery charge ($65). They showed up earlier than expected, hauled off the old washer, and installed the new one. Both guys were very courteous.

I found the paint supply selection to be satisfactory. Lowe's had all of the items I needed such as brushes and drop cloths. Lowe's had about 5 "special" collections of paint from various designers such as Laura Ashley. These required mixing. They also carried "standard" paint that did not require mixing. Each gallon of specialty paint cost about $22. I would recommend getting the gallon rather than the quart because the quart cost about $13. The mixing process took a little too long. There was only one person doing the mixing, so there were about 4 customers in line. I waited about 35 minutes just to get my paint mixed. Specialty paint cannot be returned. I did not find any computer assistance or the like, which would give me an estimate of how much paint I would need to buy (for given wall dimensions). I ended up needing to return to buy more paint.

They got my blinds hung and they are straight and level. I was satisfied with their installation job. They are nice blinds and they all work properly. They were neat and didn t leave any mess behind. They were respectful in my home and the reason for the B grade is because I just liked to leave room for improvements.

Lowes did a great job on my bedroom floor. They also sprayed some kind of hardwood freshener because the wood smelled like some kind of animal waste. They did awesome on my room, it looks and smells great.

We went to Lowe's and picked out the counter top and cabinets that we wanted. They then set the appointment for their installers to come out and install the counter top and cabinets for us. The installers are subcontractors to Lowe's and really did not seem to know what was going on with this job. It was a long process and there were many mistakes that they had to fix. They were more than ready to fix the mistakes to make us happy. There were many issues along the way about things we had worked out with Lowe's and the installers were out of the loop. We are having Lowe's remodel our bathroom, but, it was something that was set up at the same time as the countertops and cabinets. I would probably not use them for it, had we not already signed the contract and paid for the work.

They did a real nice job and the sales person was nice and polite also. We set a date for them to install the door and the tech called right on that day and said he was on his way. He put in the storm door without any problems and the quality of work was done well. He kept his mind on his work and he worked quickly to get the job done. There wasn t any garbage left behind and I was happy with the ending results.

This company was always on time and finished the project quick. They were very clean and they always cleaned up their mess. The workers were very courteous. They did a good job in my bathroom.

They did a great job and had the best prices for the quality of door openers that we chose. I knew because we shopped around and compared prices before we bought them. Their guy did a good job here and got us set up in about two hours. The openers work just fine without any problems.

Lowes did a very good job installing the opener and balancing the garage door. I was very impressed with the pricing. I thought that it was really worth it. I do not believe that I would have found anyone cheaper to do such a good job. I am very satisfied with my opener and I am enjoying the great prices I received from them

There were no problems the company came on time and completed the job very quickly and with great workman ship. They made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before they left and cleaned up any mess that that made. I would hire this company for a lot of different things that are done in my home. The old door was there for about ten years and it was getting very worn.
