+ -1 moreI kept track of the job and had to get the crew to replace (they only caulked some of them) numerous nails that were not in the nail lines (this will void shingle manufacturer's warranty). I also pointed out that the shingle lines did not match in the valleys. The flashing ended up looking like a kindergarten student had installed it. This company in my opinion used quality materials and installed them with unskilled and probably underpaid labor.
Description of Work: Tore off old roof and replaced.

+ -1 moreI haven’t actually had any work done by them. It was a free estimate. The guy was working in the neighborhood and saw me out in the yard and stopped. Then we started talking and I had him come and give me an estimate for a roofing job. I am considering Lou's Contracting for the job.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT!!!!! No problems. Workers and mngmnt. were knowledgeable, courteous, and committed. In this instance, we received more than we payed for. I would use, and recommend them again in a heart beat.
Description of Work: Removed existing shingles, paper, and damaged boards; replaced 17 boards, shingles on house, garage, and two sheds.
