The first appointment, no one showed up. I called after the appointment window had closed, and was informed that their person "had mechanical trouble" and they would call me back for a new appointment time. They did not call back. When I called to set up a new appointment time, they picked a date and said they would call me back with a specific time window. They did not call back. I called again to get an appiontment window. The new date and time came and went, and no one showed up again. I called them after the appointment window had closed, and they said "the service call had been cancelled" -- I did not cancel it, and no one ever called me to inform me of this. Lloyd's does not show up for appointments, they do not return phone calls when they say they will, and they do not call customers when they cancel appointments. I have wasted way too much time dealing with these people. I would NEVER use them for any type of service, because they do not respect their customer's time.
