After two years, product started cracking and peeling almost everywhere. The application allowed moisture to get trapped in certain areas resulting in rot. Called up to request warranty work in year three. The company required an original copy of the bill which I misplaced, copy of the warranty, which I had copy of the cancelled checks, which I also had. Could not get them to budge even though they had a original billl copy in their office. Called and compalined numerous times, but was told they could not perform warranty repair work without all of the requested information. Then noticed fine print on warranty that stated that after one year, labor is not covered. Totally different than the sample warranty that the salesman showed me. Samples of peeling product sent to product manufacturer. Results from manufacturer analysis came back that product was diluted which diminished product reliability. My guess is that the sub-contractor that was used dilluted the product. If a company uses sub contractors to perform labor instead of company employees, be vigilant. If a sales person shows you a sample warranty, request a copy for your files or make a copy. If you decide to go ahead with the work, compare the actual warranty with the sample you have for any differences.
