+ -1 moreThey came by with a sample of what was currently on the home and what was suggested. My home is cedar siding and had been stained with a semi-transparent stain. The recommendation was a solid hide stain. They applied a sample of each on a board of my home so I could see the difference. The recommended stain was perfect!! While power washing my home, they removed all of the pine needles that were on top of my roof and cleaned off the gutters that were not covered over the garage, and disposed of the debris. They replaced a roofing soffit that had fallen and caulked it to be sure it would stay and checked all of the others to see if any were loose. They even installed my new doorbell for me! They use high quality products and provide a one year warranty on workmanship. Anything that had to be moved from around the home or from the exterior of the home was replaced in better shape than it was! I am just so pleased! I would recommend L K Vass, Inc. to anyone who wants high quality, professional results from a friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced painting company.
Description of Work: The house looks so good! I am so impressed. They painted my 2 story salt-box Colonial w/ 1 car garage, railings, doors, and the tool shed. I can't say enough good things about this company!! They answered every question I had promptly and thoroughly and kept me informed of changes in schedule due to weather. The crew was on time, professional, and so helpful. I will definitely call them again.......next time, it will be for interior painting!

+ -1 moreIt looks so good. They moved everything and put everything back. At the end of the day I had a pretty house. They took curtains down and put them back up as well as pictures and clocks on the walls. They are so good

They provided help with color selection and the crew was prompt, friendly and unobtrusive.They took care of moving furniture and putting everything back. At the end of each day, they left everything orderly and clean. We were very pleased with everything.
Description of Work: The company painted our whole upstars. Three rooms had to have wallpaper removed and the walls repaired. Most of the rooms had tape that needed repairing/replacing. Each room required 2 coats because I was changing the colors.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful , I had moved some of the smaller furniture , lamps and small things sitting around, which cut down on the time that it took for them to start painting and cut down and on length of work time, I would recommend doing this so they can get to painting quickly. They cover everything so paint only gets on the walls and trim , no paint on anything it should not have been. Asked me as they went along how I liked it and if it was ok.
Description of Work: They painted Dining Room, Living Area with catheral ceilings, Kitchen with same ceilings, 3 hall ways. painted all trim and doors and windows. Moved all furniture that I had not moved to paint and then moved it back. Took down curtains and drapes and put them back up. Moved stove and refrigarator and cleaned area for me. They were here on time and painted away, did not even stop for lunch. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Were very Professional and just great to deal with. I am going to have them come back and paint the bedrooms, as soon as I pick colors, that is the hard part for me, but they helped with that told me how colors I picked would look. Hard to tell with just a little square to look at. Told me if I did not like the color after seeing it on the wall, they would change to something I liked. Just went out of their way to hep me. Painters were very polite and so very nice

+ -1 moreI did move as much stuff out of the rooms as I could, which let them start painting 10 minutes after they came into the house. The owner Billy Vass helped me with the paint color, he knows how it will look on the walls and also told me if I did not like the way it looked they would change it. Not to worry about anything.
Description of Work: Painted Dining Room , Halls, Great Room and Kitchen. All Trim and ceilings were done also, 2 coats of paint. Moved all kitchen appliances and helped me clean behind them. They did a wonderful job. Put everything back and cleaned up, hung my drapes also. They use good paint nothing cheap about them. The men were so good, worked all day, they finished up one day ahead of the estimate, which same me money. I would do business with them again, in fact this has made me want to do my bedrooms. Worth every penney I paid. They are so professional very good company. Recommend they highly.
