Description of Work: After my having to change appointments several times, which Jason was very understanding about, we finally had the job done and it was superb! I have not had a carpet cleaning experience quite this good. They were so professional and the carpets, when dried were so clean, soft and fluffy i hardly recognized them. The next time I have the carpets cleaned, Kohmar is the company I will use. Great job!!! Great people!!!

Description of Work: I am very happy with this service provider! Both Jason and Walter were extremely polite and professional. They took care around all my stuff and made sure all my questions were answered. They even asked if there was anything I wanted to know. They explained their findings, gave me an idea of when they should come back. My house smells cleaner and fresher. I really like that their products are pet and environmentally friendly. I recommend them to anyone who needs this service. I also plan to have them come back to do my rugs. Excellent Company.

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's list special deal...whole house carpet cleaning for $165. They confirmed services the day before & that morning called & offered to come early (which suited me fine). Were professional & very pleasant, wore protective slippers, & were particularly thoughtful about not letting my indoor pets outside (we decided to move them to another room not in use). Cleaned entire upstairs & den & still looks & smells clean a month later. They were able to remove some very stubborn pet stains & odors. Cost less than half of what ChemDry had charged ($450) (and did a much better job!) For this price, I will probably schedule them several times a year. Would highly recommend & will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Hello, I must first apologize for my deliquent review of Kohmar Indoor Services LLC. I used their services several months ago and promised I would write a review and did not follow through on that promise till now. Let's start at the beginning of the story. The tennants in my rental home complained to me about some dark stains appearing around the hvac registers. I inspected the stain and decided to have the vents and ducts cleaned. I researched numerous companies in the process from various sources.I found many companies had gone out of business or no longer performed the duct cleaning service. I then read the customer reviews of the remaining venders which excluded the remaining candidates from my list. I saw a commercial on TV for Angie's List and joined. I located Kohmar Indoor Services LLC. Kohmar was offering a coupon through Angie's List which significantly reduced their already competitive price. I can't remember exactly how much I ended up paying but it was much less than any others I had talked with thus far. I contacted the company and left a message and received a call back in a relatively short time. The appointment was scheduled very quickly which made both I and my tennants very happy. The day of the appointment came and there was a little scheduling problem at the office but I received a call prior to the scheduled arrival time letting me know what was going on and when I could expect to see someone. Sure enough right on time the crew was there and worked very diligently to get the job completed. They explained exactly what was about to take place, how long I could expect it to take and never grumbled as I followed them around asking questions. When they were through they cleaned up, replaced any furniture moved and left the house looking as good and smelling fresh and clean. As you can probably tell from the scores and this long review I was very satisfied with the service and the price. Thank you Kohmar and thank you Angie's List and all you who have used the service and written reviews. It really worked great!

Description of Work: Two very professional, friendly gentlemen arrived when they said they would. Were considerate of my home (used shoe covers and floor mats to keep floors clean). Quickly and efficiently cleaned my dryer duct, shortened it for best function and then tested to make sure it was working properly before leaving. They answered questions as they went and were pleasant to have in my home.

Description of Work: AFTER I submit the first comments, I got the phone call from Kohmar, and he explained they were closed for a couple of weeks due to Chrismas and new year. They set a new appointment for me and came on time, did a good job. My house duct is very dirty. I think they are very professional. My issue is just timing issue. I'll still recommend them.

Description of Work: The guys from Kohmar steam cleaned my carpets and cleaned my dryer vent both inside and outside. They did a fair job cleaning carpets, however I had better job done by another company in years past! They must not have pre treated the high traffic areas because after they mostly dried the high traffic areas looked like they had never been cleaned. They did do a better job of getting the pet stains up. As far as I can tell they did a good job of cleaning my dryer vent! They need to pre treat the carpet and they should also fluff the carpet before leaving.
