Description of Work: Two team members arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained the process of air duct cleaning. Then they put protective booties over their shoes when they brought in hoses. Working one room at a time, they vacuumed each air flow register. Their hoses were long enough to reach through the length of the duct. When they encountered an issue caused by pets, they investigated in the crawl space to make sure it was not causing a problem. They sanitized the vents in question. They were very pleasant and explained everything they were doing. They recommended return air flow register covers which allow easy filter installs that I can do.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer air duct. The service went fine but after they left, I discovered my dryer was no longer working. As it was working before they cleaned the air duct, I called them back. They returned and said they were not responsible for anything internal to the dryer. Although I could understand this policy, it seemed awfully coincidental that my dryer broke the day they cleaned the air duct. The serviceman said I could have been lying to him about the dryer working prior to their arrival and that this could be a ruse on my part to try to get them to buy me a new dryer. Of course if my dryer had been broken, why on earth would I want to have the vent cleaned? Why wouldn't I call a dryer repair service? I found his accusations that I was lying to him and trying to dupe them very offensive. I believe the pinnacle of lousy customer service and unprofessionalism is to call the customer a liar. Hence the low rating.

Description of Work: The two technicians were prompt, courteous, and very professional. Worked quickly but thoroughly. They explained every step of their process. They gladly answered questions and instructed us on proper care of our dryer vent. We would gladly use them again.
