Description of Work: Initially I was unhappy as we had scheduling conflicts and then I didn't hear from them again. However the owner has recently called me to have me collect the refund and offered to provide the service at my convenience. He expressed that he wasn't sure what happened in our communication breakdown but asked that I accept his apologies. As far as I am concerned, at this point, all is well.
