Description of Work: After moving into a house that had previously been a rental, we hired Kohmar to clean out the air ducts and 2 heat pump units. I haven't searched all the way through our ducts, but based on the clean smell and the clean parts I can see, it seems that the guys did a good job. |When the guys came in the house, they were careful about being clean and did their best to prevent damage to anything. The nature of the job, which utilizes large flexible tubing and other equipment snaking through the house, makes the task a bit difficult, but they were careful. |I was pleased with their professionalism and with the completed job. It is so nice to know (and smell) that our ducts are clean and sanitized.

Description of Work: Very thorough cleaning of dryer vent. vent travels up to attic and crosses its length. Vent cleaning was done from the connection that goes into dryer to the outlet, using a ladder to reach up 3 floors to the outlet.No mess and I was very satisfied. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned old burber carpet in basement of newly purchased house and got out many stains. Very satisfied with the result!

Description of Work: They were punctual, professional, and friendly. The carpet was cleaned quickly, and the fact that my six children were in the home didn't seem to worry them at all! They moved items that I requested to be moved. My only complaint is that they did not move several small items to clean under them. For example, small (6"D x 11"W 13"L) containers of Legos; a clear mat (4x4) under a desk chair (rolling) that protects the carpet. No, I did not request they be moved, I just assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that small items that are not semi-permanent fixtures would be repositioned temporarily to make room for cleaning. Also, although the dried paint and colored marker was loosened due to the solution used on the carpet, I had to clean each stain completely up after they left, which I think should have been their job, or at least I could have been advised that I needed to do this. Hopefully this review will assist them in future assignments, as if these were performed, I would have givien them an A in all categories.
