Description of Work: Prompt arrival. 2 Technicians requested tour of entire house including attic, garage and crawl space. Explained what the process would be like. |Moved in their equipment and began their work in an organized and orderly manner. Kept us informed throughout the work and gave us an estimated completion time. Coincidently, that week a local TV news station reported on several companies in the area who were advertising duct and vent cleaning services for prices almost double what we paid. The homeowner was requested to leave the home and was replaced with a TV newsreporter and her cameraman. |The contractor was filmed standing around on the second floor doing nothing. He confirmed to the TV reporter that all work on the first and second floor was complete and asked for payment. When confronted by the TV newsreporter and shown the video one contractor left the home immediately. We are satisfied with Kohmar's thorough work.
