I had difficulty getting in touch with Brian, apparently due to a new phone system that had issues. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am but they didn't show up. I called the phone number that was given and received a reply from Brian shortly afterwards. He explained that a new employe he'd picked up the wrong work order and had gone to a different address. We rescheduled for 12:30 and Brian himself came, on time and did a very thorough job. He even offered to return either at six month or twelve month intervals for the same price. It seems that the normal price for the dryer vent cleaning is $125 but I had purchased one of Angie's deals for a half price cleaning and he agreed to continue that price. Other than the missed appointment and the difficulty reaching Brian it was a pleasant experience. Brian was pleasant, thorough and professional.

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer and the installer pointed out a problem with the dryer vent. I had too much tubing which he said could become blocked and result in a fire. As an Angie's list member, I received an email about a dryer vent inspection and cleaning by Kohmar Services LLC. I called and spoke with Bryan, explained the issue and we set up an appointment. They arrived on time, were very professional and completed the task beyond my expectations. I was so impressed I will be hiring them again to do a whole house duct cleaning.

Khomar did a thorough job of cleaning the duct-work of our older AC system. We had bought the house the previous year and there were some strange lingering smells around, and we knew the house had been poorly maintained for some years. It seemed like a good idea to have the air ducts cleaned out.I paid a members' offer price of $99.They arrived as scheduled, were polite, explained the procedure and then got on with the job. They replaced a difficult to reach air filter and finished by checking the strength of the air-flow and making sure that the temperature of the air coming out of the registers was in accordance with the thermostat. They also cleaned all the registers and gave the whole system a sanitizing treatment.

Arrived on time, called to let me know they were on the way and they performed all services beyond my expectations.

I am a new home owner and suspected that the air ducts had not been cleaned in a very long while. I called Steamatic on Friday and had to leave a message. They called me back the same day and they were able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. They were very familiar with my neighborhood and new exactly how much it would cost to clean the air ducts at my address. Their estimate was spot on. Not only that, but they were very friendly, very efficient, didn't make a mess, and even made recommendations for further maintenance. I had a coupon for a free electrostatic filter, which was a bonus! It certainly made a huge improvement and I will certainly consider using them for carpet and upholstry cleaning as well.

I thought this company was a bit more expensive than others but was so impressed with them during my interviews with companies, that I decided to use them. I am glad I did. Tremendous customer service. Here when they said they would be and did what they said they would do. I have called them twice since with questions and they are very willing to provide information over the phone. I would highly recommend this company.
