The day after I bought the Big Deal I called and emailed him with the information I thought was necessary to schedule the work, but 48 hours later I never heard back from him. I found the lack of response rather unprofessional and since I need the work done asap, I cancelled the Deal and scheduled someone else.

Overall the service went well, but it was a little frustrating on the communication front. We were going to go with a cheaper vendor, but liked the Kohmar people better during phone conversations and the on-site quote, so we were willing to pay a bit more. However it was very difficult to get them to return calls. Finally we called to inform them they were losing our business to another vendor, to which they responded by slashing their prices considerably. In the end we paid about $450 for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning...a savings of 60% percent, I believe. The actual service was very good. The carpets looked great, didn't smell of chemicals, and weren't so wet that they took an excessive amount of time to dry. The two-man crew was friendly and showed me where they hooked in to perform the air duct cleaning. I would recommend Kohmar.

Responsive communication, prompt arrival, thorough performance, went the extra mile, professional staff. One stain did return, but it was a very old and stubborn one; probably not their fault.

They arrived on time at 2 pm as promised. They immediately went to work after I showed them all of the ventilation ducts in the house, both upstairs and downstairs. They were courteous and professional, completing the job in about 3 hours, also as promised.

Brian scheduled the appointment for 4/26/13 @ 4 pm and phoned me around 1pm that day to state that he would be a litte late. He then phoned me around 4pm and apologized stating that he overbooked the appointments that day and asked can we reschedule. We rescheduled for 4/30/2013 @ 5:30 pm. They called before coming and arrived around 4:50 pm that day. The guy came out and he was real professional. He cleaned the carpet better than I expected it to be. He deodorized the carpet and the house smelt very fresh because we had a dog. He took his time and we were very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List special for carpet cleaning. Jason & Walt called ahead on the day of service to alert me they were on the way and they showed up at the exact hour of the appointment. They proceeded to cover their shoes and lay down a cloth at the door entry to prevent my hardwood floor from being scratched by the hoses. In all they cleaned upstairs 4 bedrooms (moving the lighter furniture for access to the carpet, but not the beds, which I preferred), the hall and stairs. Downstairs, they cleaned the family room carpet . Additionally, to my surprise, they also cleaned 2 area rugs, being sure to immediately wipe up any cleaner that got on to the surrounding hardwood floor. They indicated the carpets should be dry in 3 to 4 hours which they were. However, while the carpets were still somewhat damp I noticed several "bumps." Somewhat alarmed, I called them and was told that it does occur sometimes, but they should correct themselves once thoroughly dry, which was the case. As they didn't have much furniture to move, they were able to be very time efficient and were finished in a little over an hour. Both men were very personable, professional and efficient. I definitely recommend Kohmar Indoor Services.

The professionals arrived promptly at 9:00 my scheduled time. They introduced themselves and were taken to the laundry room. All work was performed in a satisfactory manner. The men were able to work around the small space in the laundry room.

They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. They were able to remove many stains except a weathered area at the top of the stairs. Based on the price and the quality, I give them a B overall.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The folks arrived when they were supposed to. My only criticism was that they left a door to my home open and I didn't realize it until two days later. It could have created a problem if an animal had wandered in. I was very pleased with their service. Their work was excellent and they did what they said they were going to do. They explained it well. They were very professional in their work.

They showed up on time and introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. It took about 20 minutes start to finish. Very professional.

Brian and his co-worker did a fantastic job. They were punctual and professional. Brian showed me how the entire duct system works while his partner cleaned the vents. He recommended I install two filter vents in the house which would provide more filter access rather than depending on just one filter in the garage. The extra filter vents cost $150 @ $75 each. Can't wait till Brian installs next week. At the beginning of the process, I showed them where all the vents were located. They opened all the vents then hooked up their huge vacuum cleaner and started cleaning the vents. Brian inspected the attic and crawl space. Then they sanitized the system after Brian showed me literature on the product they were going to use. I had to make sure it didn't contain any ingredients my family was allergic to, but it was all plant based which was fine. Brian also recommended their carpet cleaning service knowing my family has tons of allergies. The entire job took about two hours and they cleaned up after the job was done. I feel much better knowing the air in my house is cleaner.

The team from Kohmar showed up exactly when they said they would, and did exactly what they said they would do. They did a fine job cleaning the carpets in my house and did them all within a few hours. There are a few stains that could not come up, but they told me that before they started that they probably wouldn't come up. For the price they charged, and the amount of carpet I had cleaned, I would hire them again in a second. Probably not the best carpet cleaning job I've seen, but definitely the best for the price.

I am very pleased with the results! They vacuumed out all of our air ducts/dryer vents.

I knew that my dryer vent and hose were clogged so I had already purchased an outside vent and the hose. They vacuumed my dryer out and installed the outside vent and the new hose to my dryer. I don't have to try and get my clothes dry with multiple times of running the dryer until the clothes are finally dry. Once is all it takes now and I cannot wait to see the small amount of usage reduction on my next electric bill.

My husband and I just purchased a preowned home and before moving any of our belongings in, we felt something had to be done with the heavily soiled carpet. Initially we wanted the carpet replaced but instead of delaying our move we opted to have the carpets cleaned. When I saw the offer by Kohmar Indoor Services, I couldn't pass it up. We would basically get the carpet in our entire home cleaned for only $147, what a deal. I called and spoke with Brian and scheduled service for the following Saturday. Well around 10am no one showed up. Around 1030 I called and left a message inquiring about my service. At 11, still no one showed. Finally around 11:15 Brian returned my call and apologized stating somehow he scheduled me for the wrong weekend. He offered to come out and clean the same day but at a later time, which I agreed. I must say the service they provided truly made up for the time confusion. Brian and his partner did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the entire house and even through in cleaning a second set of stairs. By the time they were finished, our carpets looked almost brand new. They were fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work. My husband and I are truly pleased with the work they performed and will be keeping them in mind for our future needs.
