The workers were courteous and worked quickly....but TOO quickly. I wasn't pleased with the way the Family Room carpet looked so my husband rented a shampooer from Lowes that day and cleaned the Family Room carpet again and the water was very dirty. In all fairness, we didn't contact them and give them an opportunity to redo the carpets.

Kohmar Indoor Services was okay. The customer service was really good. They were on time, were very careful about not causing any damage with the equipment and they cleaned up after themselves so that was all really good. The only downside was is they did leave the carpet really wet and there were some spots that didn't come up, it was not clean as I expect it to be.

The Quality of work was great. They also had excellent customer service. They were very professional as well. Someone did step on a something on the floor, but it was under a sheet so they may not have seen it.

I would say that the service was okay. My washer and dryer are located in a pretty tough area to get too. As a result of that, I do not think that I really got what I had purchased. I do not think that they cleaned completely. They cleaned it from the outside, but not from the inside, which is where it was the worst. The owner was here at the time it was done and he assured me that it was adequate. It would remove the lint from the dryer okay, well the reality is, it worked for about a week and then it stopped. Clearly, that was not the situation. I have not called them back. I would not use them again. At this point, it is okay, I will just find a different provider next time. They would have had to do some serious work to get to the vents. Anyone that is not willing to take that step as a vendor, they are not the kind of vendor that I want to do business with. I have never had it done so I guess the price was good. They were on time. They did not return our calls very promptly.

Flexible in scheduling only couple days notice. Arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Professional, efficient and did a good job cleaning carpets.

Great company and people. They have what I admire in any service company: Competent. Professional. Punctual. Courteous.

Kohmar Indoor Services LLC I used a Big Deal, it was very awesome. They came out. They were very prompt and they even came out early. They fixed just what I wanted them to do. They did a good job and then they left.

Like I said above we purchased the Big Deal to have our dryer vent cleaned out, the provider felt like it should be replaced but continued to clean it. We ended up making the decision to have it replaced and he was able to complete that the same day. He was very informative and helpful.

They were very professional and cleaned the ducts of the dryer and even the floor behind the dryer. I saw how they pulled a significant anount of lint that may have caused a fire if it was not properly cleaned. I had big plugs behind the dryer and also at the exit vent at the roof. I will use this folks in the future and plan to do this every year.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were great. It was quick and they came out within 2 weeks. They worked around our schedule instead of us working about their schedule.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Everything went well and was satisfactory. They were very professional and easy to work with. I was not 100-percent impressed with the actual cleaning they did. I don't think they did as good a job as I've had other people do in the past. It was not a horrible job; they came, cleaned it and did okay but I don't think I would use them again.

I had let my offer expire due to personal matters but when I called to make an appointment they said no problem they would honor the offer. They called just before arriving as they said they would, arrived on time, were very polite, went right to work doing an excellent job and then cleaning up. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them, very good job!

Kohmar did a good job of cleaning my carpeted rooms, including 2 stairways, at a reasonable price. I called to make the appointment, requesting a specific date and time, which was accommodated. We spoke on the phone beforehand to verify the appointment and Kohman showed up promptly. Two men cleaned 4 carpeted room and 2 stairwells in about an hour and a half. They were professional and courteous. My carpets were dramatically cleaner.

They actually came early and left no mess of any kind. They answered all my questions about the state of the HVAC system that had not been used for quite some time. They were courteous and did not smoke or use course language which I always appreciate. Very pleasant experience.

From a professional presence by phone and quick appointment scheduling to professional appearance and great service on site. They did a great job, my dryer is running like new after the cleaning.
