Excellent. These guys (Jason/Buzz) showed up right on time and were ready to work. Both introduced themselves and quickly saw the areas that needed cleaning. I told them "I am not expecting any miracles, just a removal of allergens like pet hair." If you could have seen my carpets prior to the cleaning, then you would understand my remark. It was stained with food, drinks, pet urine and mud. It was awful. Jason told me that they should be able to get the stains out. Just like that, he said that they would remove them. Most companies would just agree with me and say well, we will do our best, but he flat out said, "we can do it". After they were done (about 1 hr) all the carpets looked excellent, almost new like. (see pics) Before they were brown and yellow, now the poorer beige/khaki look. -Payment: I bought an Angie's list deal online and the next day scheduled an appointment. Angie's list did not email them the payment info on-time , but Jason just reviewed my paypal transaction id # and gave me a receipt. That was it. I expected a big hassle ,but they were pros about it all. I WILL be calling them again for air duct service and another carpet cleaning. Highly recommend you call these guys. -Also, I am way out in Charles City and they made the trip with no extra cost. Pretty cool.

The value for the service was stupendous and I was extremely pleased. My level of satisfaction was very very high. they were extremely professional. I have a large house with two units. They were giving me a service rate for each unit. My house is 4000 sq ft., So they gave me a price break on both of those for $299 versus $600 which is the normal price. Then they have the $299 special and they gave me the special on both units. And then one of them, apparently, was carrying a coupon or certificate from New Post but that so it turned out that I paid for 25% of what I thought the value was suppose to be which is very fortunate for me. They also provided some professional advise on how often it should be done as my house has been here now for 20 years and I had not had those ducts cleaned before so there was a lot to clean. It was a good experience. They were very accommodating and reliable.

It was an Angie’s List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great! They got the carpet really clean and then 2 days later, the cat had it really dirty so I ripped it all off and put in the hardwood floor, but they did a great job. They were excellent! They were on time and the price was what they said it was going to be. I wasn’t actually here when they came, but my husband was home. The furniture had been moved and they protected things. The carpet was really, really dirty because of the cats. Two days later, it was almost in bad shape as it was before. There was no extra charge.

Everything went well. Jason called me to schedule a time to come out and worked around my schedule. He was prompt and courteous and completed everything in a timely manner. He provided a recap of services performed, as well.

It went very well! We actually had them come out and clean all the rugs in our new home. They were right on time and took the exact amount of time they said. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future.

Difficult to find where vent was outside condo. These guys searched until they found it. Very thorough

I purchased the big deal for dryer vent inspection. I called and scheduled the appointment but first time they didn't come. I saw missed call on my home and cell but no message. I called them couple of times after and got them scheduled again. The crew came on time. My husband felt that they were in and out. They just vacuumed the vent and left in 10 min approx.

The pre-visit communication was good and they even called to see if they could arrive a little early, which was great. I showed them the problem areas and then they got to work. Within an hour, the carpets looked great; later the same afternoon, everything was dry. Our monthly house cleaner came that week and marveled at how good the carpets looked and what a difference the cleaning made. Thank you, Komar! (I requested a call for the same time next year.)

The service providers from Kohmar were prompt and professional. They truly did an excellent job. They used organic cleaning products (which was important to us with small children in the house). They definitely helped improved the quality of our air in the house - and helped lengthen the life of our air conditioning system. We would definitely use them again, and will happily recommend them to our friends.
