They did a good job. I had purchased a big deal, and they came out very quick. We had to have 3 systems, and they said $75 per extra system, and I was okay with that. It was not a surprise for us. They did a good service. I was not home when they did the service, and I noticed that the filters needed to be replaced, and I wish they would have done that, so out of 100, I would give them 90. I didn't compare the pricing. My wife was happy with the quality of the work. I would be much happier if they had replaced the filters. They did what they were supposed to do.

Wonderful experience! Communicated with me on the day of service so I knew what time to expect them, covered their shoes when they came into my home and prevented dragging in any dirt, cleaned the dryer vent inside and out AND cleaned up all lint that was stirred up. could not be more pleased with the service and level of professionalism.

Called in advance to adjust arrival time. Arrived on time. Set up job in an orderly manner. Performed work thoroughly and professionally. Workmen were courteous, neat and careful of my posessions. Cleaned up and outloaded efficiently. Highly satisfactory job. I will use them again. They are good at what they do.

They did a great job. After they did the job, I noticed that the dryer dried clothes a little more quickly.

He came out and looked at the system and determined that there was not enough space to work in. Rather than taking my money he suggested I call Angie's List for a refund.

They cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms, closet and stairwell. The service was excellent. They did exactly what we asked them to and they got the carpets cleaner than any provider we have used in the past.

It's not as though I could see the ducts before or after to know how they look, but I was very impressed with the company. The owner was professional and responsive in scheduling the visit, and both he and his staff were very nice during the service. They cleaned everything up after themselves and you could hardly tell they were there.

Very customer friendly outfit. Communication was prompt and friendly. I had to reschedule and this was no problem. Walk in Closets were included for free and overall good job. I contacted regarding a stubborn stain that a tenant had not treated promptly and they came back out and made an improvement at no cost to me.

I initially gave a poor rating due to a mix-up in scheduling. Jason called me and apologized for the mistake and rescheduled for today. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and reduced the price due to the mix-up. I would highly recommend Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning. Great customer service.

Everything went very well. Jason called me back right away to schedule the appointment, he was very accommodating to my work schedule, showed up on time, and did a very, very good job.

I was very disappointed in the quality of cleaning. I felt that Kohmar simply ran the steam cleaner over the carpet in a cursory manner without extra attention to spots and areas that needed some rigor. I normally clean my carpets with my Hoover cleaner, but this special included stairs, which I cannot do with my machine. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but my Hoover cleaner does a better job than Kohmar did. There were several spots downstairs that Kohmar did not get up. With some pre-stain and a small Brookstone hand held steam cleaner I was able to get rid of the stains with little effort. The stairs were not cleaned to my satisfaction at all. After he had finished them, I mentioned that the stairs still looked dirty in many spots. He told me the dirt was ground in and would not come out. I used the portable steam cleaner on the two bottom steps, and the dirt came out fine. So after paying the fee for cleaning, in order basically to get my stairs cleaned, I will now need to spend lots of time with my small portable steam cleaner to clean them again myself. Perhaps the Angie's deal did not include spot cleaning where needed. If that was so, I would have appreciated the vendor telling me that up front.

Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning came to my house first thing in the morning to clean and sanitize my air duct system. They called one half hour before arrival to let me know they were on their way. They were professional, courteous and friendly going right to work upon arrival. The entire service of my 2300sq ft single zone home took about three hours to complete. All of the vents, returns and ducts were cleaned, sanitized and put back in their place. The sanitizer they used is plant based and non-toxic. It left the house smelling fresh and clean. They wore booties over their shoes while in my home and took care not to leave any debris from the vents behind. The air quality of my home is noticeably cleaner. My family will be breathing easier from here on out. I couldn't be more please!

Went very well. Highly recommend! One of the few carpet companies in my lifetime that takes the time to clean carpets rather than clean and get out!

I was not happy with the overall experience. First of all, I don't allow anyone to enter my house with shoes on due to environmental allergies and had mentioned it to the workers (Buzz and Walt). They said they would wear booties, but Walt took them off in the middle of the cleaning process claiming he can slip and get hurt because it can get slippery. Had I known about this I would not have hired them to do the job because other cleaning companies have obliged accordingly in the past. They also turned on all the ceiling fans in the bedrooms without asking me claiming it can speed up the drying process. Personally, I found this offensive because you just don't come into a person's house and turn on anything without asking. I didn't have a chance to dust the fans prior to them turning it on, so all the built up dust went all over the sheets. I had to change the sheets as a result and dust all the furniture. I spent all day cleaning after them. The stairs didn't even look like anything was done. The suction on their hand held vacuum hardly had any suction on it. I felt it, and even my own hand held vacuum had more power. I had Buzz reclean the stairs but the vacuum they had just couldn't handle the work. There was no point arguing about it. The family room wound up with big, brown spots. Jason, the owner, claimed the stains just resurfaced from years of build up and nothing can be done about it. I just don't see how one day my carpets can have very little stains to the next day having big, brown spots all over. It doesn't make sense. I've had my carpets cleaned 3 years ago with deeper stains, and the carpet cleaner did a great job removing all the stains then. However, Jason, who said he would come by to reclean, decided not to because according to him there was nothing he can do. He also mentioned that I should have discussed our allergies and concerns prior to them coming. So if you don't mind a company who walks in the house with dirty shoes on, turns on fans without asking, spots on the carpet after the cleaning..hire them. In our case, NOT. I will hire someone else or perhaps the other carpet cleaner I had hired before. Overall, they need to get a better vacuum system and a crash course on etiquette.

They were very professional. They went right to work to identify all the ducts and returns and vents that required cleaning. They worked as a team. They started in one area and then completed it and continued to the next area. They were very methodical. I felt that that they had a lot of experience doing this. They advised us about air filters and showed us our filters and about changing them. They did a fantastic job!

All work was done in a professional and courteous manner. We are very pleased and will use the service of this company again.
