They were supposed to come out 2 times and they rescheduled both times. We told them we would do it ourselves.

They were very professional. Prompt. They were able to squeeze me in the day after I called . The carpets looked nice then and still look nice. The stains did not reappear. My house was empty so they had no furniture to move. Great job and great price. I will rehire.

My daughter was very pleased, I gave it to her for a birthday present.

Two men started at 9:30 am and finished by 11:30am on Aug 6th. They recommended an additional filter for the return system which cost an additional $75, and was installed on Friday, Aug 15th in a half an hour.

Jason, a Kohmar representative, before my appointment to ask if they could come earlier than the scheduled appointment. They had finished another job faster than expected. I was very happy to have them come earlier. They arrived within a half hour and got to work immediately and cleaned up when the work was finished. They turned the dryer on and it appeared to be working fine. Everything went well as far as the cleaning of the dryer vent went. Unfortunately, when I tried to dry a load of clothes, it warmed the the clothes but failed to dry them. Even though cleaning the dryer vent didn't cure the dryer problem, it was $75 well spent because I'd learned that the simplest solution to the dryer problem was not the cause of the dryer's failure to dry. The old dryer was 8 years old and repairing it would have cost at least half what I paid for my new dryer. I'll be contacting Kohmar every couple of years in the future to have the dryer vent cleaned. It will probably make my new dryer last longer.

Buzz and Jamal were on time and very personable- even with my dog! They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Would not hesitate to call these guys again!

They did a great job. They work quickly. They are prompt. They are very friendly and very nice to work worth.

They did an excellent job. They sent 2 men out to do the job and they really went about their work and knew what they were doing. It did not take them long to complete the job and we were very satisfied. They got the job done in about one hour and they did a thorough job. They were both nice guys and did the work in a professional way and conducted themselves really well.

They came when they said they would, Jason and crew walked us around an explained the process and then immediately got to work. They took care to wear protective shoe coverings and were very tidy throughout the approx 3 hour job. Very nice guys and they did exactly what we wanted them to do...our first time having ducts cleaned and using this company. We had a Groupon deal but would have no issues hiring them in the future without one.

Went well. Service people were efficient and very polite. Woule be glad to have them do this every year.

Cleaned air ducts, sanitized with an amazing scent of thyme and lemon zest. Excellent work. Went into crawl space to clean all ducts. Am using again and recommending to my friends and family.

This was a satisfactory experience. They fell within the Angie's List guidelines regarding scheduling. However, they left the lint on the ground/walkway/flower garden, and I had to clean up behind them.

The team arrived on time and accessed the situation. They inspected the outside vent while the dryer was on and there was no air coming out. They cleaned the vent and removed the lent and a bird nest. The dryer is back to drying clothes. I will be calling on their service every year. I would highly recommend this company.

It took a few days to make contact. The appointment was made, they were on time, respectful of the home and me. They did their work and offered to clean the dryer vent for $75 and I agreed. I am so happy I did because it was really filled with lint and was probably a fire hazard. They cleaned up and left no mess behind. Since the cleaning, dust on the furniture is much less. I would use them again.

Three men arrived on time. They were all very polite and professional. They completed the work in about 2 1/2 hours. I was amazed at how much junk was in the air ducts. It is a relief to know they are clean. My only complain is how strong the sanitizer smells. They say it is a green product, but it was a little strong at first.

They were an hour later than the original time but they did call to advise they were running behind. I must say it was worth it they did a great job!! I had some tough high traffic areas but they did an awesome job! I will definitely be using them again!

They cleaned the carpet the best they could and the price was wonderful. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. I had some issues with scheduling because they would not respond back to my messages.

He did not respond to the dates we gave him when we purchased the deal. The carpets looked great when he left but had a dirty look the day after.
