They showed up on time and worked hard the whole time they were here. They were pleasant, professional and explained to me what they were doing. When the job was complete, they showed me before and after pictures. My house is 30 years old and I've never had the ducts/vents cleaned before, therefore, they were definitely in need of cleaning since I also have several pets. My son came in later that day and commented on how nice the house smelled. I'm very pleased with the job they did.

I haven't heard from this company! I've called several times and left messages.

The service provided was high-quality, the staff were professional and punctual. All went according to plan and met or exceeded my expectations.

We had the HVAC ducts cleaned for about $325. They did a great job; completely resolved an intermittent must odor problem we experienced. We were so satisfied we called back right away to get a separate service; carpet cleaning. Again, they did a great job. Very responsible, and efficient. The ONLY issue we had was with scheduling for both services. We scheduled both jobs to fit my meeting schedule, so that I could make it home to meet them. In both cases, on the day scheduled, they called my home instead of the cell number I had provided, about 2 hours ahead of our appointment, and said they would arrive in about 30 minutes. Both times, I had to leave a meeting to meet them at our house, 2 hours ahead of our scheduled appointment. Other than that inconvenience we were extremely pleased with their work.

The crew arrived on time and went right to work! They worked steady for two hours and accomplished what I wanted done. They were very fiendly and efficient. They answered all my questions and actually showed me some of the "stuff" that they got out of the air ducts. I would recommend Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning LLC!

I thought scheduling might be an issue initially because I needed the service right away because we were putting our house on the market for sale but the person who scheduled it was very professional and was also able to accommodate my demands which I greatly appreciated. The person that came out to do the work was neat and professional. He did bedrooms and stairs and was able to get out a red make-up stain that I had thought was pretty much hopeless. By the time he had finished I could not even tell where it had been which was impressive. Overall an excellent job. I would use the service again.

This will be the 3rd time I bought this coupon from Kohmar. The gentlemen who come out are always prompt, professional and nice. They were able to quickly clean our dryer vent and he was also able to change out and install the aluminum tube that goes from our dryer to the wall (ours was a little crinkled and allowed dust to escape). Another great experience with Kohmar, we will have them out again in 6 months for our next vent cleaning and inspection.

Outstanding company. Did a great job, even helping by cleaning area rugs that I didn't know how to get clean. On time, professional, pleasant priced right. Doesn't get any better.

Did a fine enough job but they are not responsive to my phone calls. Took two messages the first time I had them clean my ducts and no response to my call for another cleaning appointment. I called Monday morning at 8 a.m. and it is now after business hours Wednesday.

It went really great. They took pictures of before and after. Only wished that the responsiveness was a little better, there was some confusion over when they were coming but it all worked out in the end. I would use them again.

I am not totally convinced that they clean all-way trough the ducts and I had to ask them to clean again some of the air vents that showed remaining debris. I had to call like 3 or 4 times before someone called me back.

They were quick, efficient and on time. Very pleased with their work and they even brought their own trash bag to put the lint in. Will definitely use again!

These guys are AWESOME! Our dryer had stopped drying (5 full cycles and still had WET clothes) and there happened to be an Angie's List Big Deal at the same time for dryer vent cleaning. The crew came out and were very professional and friendly. They found a large blockage in our vent tubing and were able to clear it. We ended up with a full plastic grocery bag and a half of lint that they were able to get out! This is an invaluable service as this could have easily caused a fire. We have also had them out to clean the carpets before and they made our old carpets look fantastic... we now have 4 dogs and will be calling them for carpets again before the holidays.

Had to rescheduled for several months, due to complications with our move. Jason was great about rescheduling. When they did come out, they were very pleasant and professional. Carpet had to be spot cleaned in high traffic area, they did a great job.

Jason and Buzz were wonderful to work with. Our handiman was still repairing walls and such and causing a lot of dust on the carpets. Kohmar showed up on time and when I told them about the handiman they were so easy to schedule me again for the next day. They did an excellent job of all carpets and rugs. They were not in my way while I was getting ready for our house to sell. They were very respectful of everything and everyone they encountered. I had many people in and out repairing items. I would use them again for sure! Okay breakdown of cost: $165 paid on Angies List for Inspect and steam clean 5 areas (3 areas up stairs, 3rd floor (which is about 3,000 sq feet), 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) -$155 2nd floor 3rd bedroom, Basement rec and movie room, 2nd floor hall and main steps -$155 3rd floor steps($15) , 4 area rugs ($35 per rug) Our house was huge and I have never cleaned all carpets at the same time before. I think the cost was really very very good. Unusual to get a great service with low cost these days.

That service turned out good. They were on time. They cleaned everything I wanted them to clean. They did a basic carpet cleaning. Two carpet cleaners came out and I was very pleased.

Everything went smoothly. I have had carpet people try and nickle and dime me/make me pay extra for stairs, etc. The big deal was for up to five rooms; they did four bedrooms, the hall, and the stairs. I was expecting they would try to charge me extra, was grateful they didn't.. They did a good job and none of the stains returned.

These guys were great to work with. They responded promptly after purchasing the Angies List deal and showed up when expected. We had moved all furniture before they got there so that everything was out of the way and they could focus on cleaning. They took less time than expected and the carpets were pretty dry buy the time they left. The exception was the stairs which were a little more wet but tolerable. Will probably use them again.
