About us

Kettlewell Construction has three full time employees. We generally use subcontractors for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Billing takes place after a contract is signed. There are three draws for billing. First a deposit, then a second draw as work progress's and finial upon completion of work.

Kettlewell Construction offers a variety of services. We do everything that comes with remodeling the interior of a home. This includes installing cabinets/vanities, countertops, tile, refinishing floors, painting, drywall, taking down/installing walls and custom carpentry. Kettlewell Construction also handles a few exterior jobs such as decks, gazebos/cabanas, fencing, front porches, installations of new doors/ windows, exterior painting and brick/stone walkways.

Henry was late on numerous commitments. There were many instances where he said he would get me the quote by a certain day, and I had to follow up over and over before getting it. Also kept leaving out requested items in the quote. On the first job he worked on, he said it would be done in 4 weeks, and ended up taking 9. Expressed no concern or apology for the delay. Also exhibited some rudeness on many occasions that made me feel that he didn't respect me or value my business. I would not recommend this contractor.

A friend recommend Henry's services he did some remodeling in her home and was very happy with his work. He designed and built a mantle for my fireplace. I had bought an awesome tv and had it mounted on my fireplace, but I didn't have a place to put my cable box and other electrics. The mantle fits everything perfectly and it adds a to the room. I broke the leg to my great grandmother's dinning room table and Henry was able to fix it. He was friendly and professional. I had to cancel and consultation and he was able to work around it. I plan to have him re do my kitchen. I am very satisfied with his work.
