Junk Shuttle

We were really pleased with their work. First, the interaction to schedule the pick-up was quick and easy. When they arrived, they took tables, outdoor chairs, flower pots, yard debris, etc. After the truck was packed...they swept the patio to keep the area neat. We will certainly use them again!

On less then two days notice, Junk Shuttle fit me into their schedule. They arrived on time and were very professional throughout the pick up. They made sure there was no trace of anything outside and offered a discount for a half truck. It was very refreshing to see this display of professionalism and dedication to service. I will be using this company again!

They arrived promptly, went right to work, and did more than I had anticipated they would do. In particular, they had to dig out several pieces of rusty rebar that were hammered deeply into the ground. I did not think they would be able to do it, but they worked with a crowbar and got the job done. They were neatly dressed, had a new-looking (clean) truck and were thoroughly professional. I think I got more than my money's worth.

I sent an inquiry via Angies List to this company. Bruce called me back the same day He explained their services and I decided to go with them. They came the very next day to pick up half a garage full of junk! (In the snow and freezing rain!) Tim was great. I had been stressed about loading up my SUV and making multiple trips to the dump but I didin't have to! They were professional, timely and a wonderful solution for me. I am preparing tor move and will be calling them several more times, as I work my way through the house, attic and crawl space. I would highly recommend them. They deliver what they promise.

I contacted Junk Shuttle on Saturday afternoon and they promptly arrived Monday morning. Arrived exactly when promised, wonderful employees who were very professional. Tim and his accompanying movers were very professional, very kind and very understanding. I had come in from out-of-state in response to my mother's having had a stroke only to find out that it had been deemed medically necessary for her to live out her days in an assisted living facility. This meant that I had to completely clear out my mom's condo of all her possessions ASAP. In the midst of all of my emotional upheaval and not knowing a soul in Virginia besides my mother, Tim and his movers were my port in the storm and saved the day. I originally contacted Junk Shuttle by scheduling an appointment on his web site directly in late October but never heard back from them. I was not in a hurry so the delay was no big deal. I later learned that there was some form of "computer glitch" on his side that caused my request for services to fall through the cracks. I tried contacting him again through Angie's list in early December and he responded same day by phone and came out to look at what needed hauling the next day. Frankly, anyone can haul junk but Mr. Wiley gets customer service right. He was almost overtly courteous and came with a broad smile and a friendly handshake and gave me a competitive price and a quick turnaround on service. They took great care to avoid damaging my driveway when removing the bulky piano (job accomplished) and even offered to sweep my garage when the job was done (I declined). A great conversationalist and an utmost professional. I highly recommend Junk Shuttle with absolutely no reservations.

We had used the services of Junk Shuttle previously to haul some stuff away that we no longer needed and while he was there, Time quoted me on a price to demo and haul away our shed! After the wonderful job and their courteous, professional manner the first time we used them, we didn't hesitate to call and schedule with them when we were ready for the work to be done. Tim and an associate (who's name I have sadly since forgotten) showed up right on time and got straight to work! I actually wound up having to leave before they were finished and I came back to a shedless, immaculate yard! They once again exceeded expectations and we could not have been more pleased with the work they performed and the service they provided!

Absolutely great! Couldn't have asked for any better service. Tim and Shawn were very professional and accommodating since my junk was located in several places and some covered by long grass and weeds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future. Well worth what I paid.

I am totally pleased with the service of this company. They were easy to communicate with, prompt (in fact, came 30 minutes early at my late request), were careful when removing the articles from my house, and very courteous. I would highly suggest using them.

They removed junk for us. That service turned out great. Two guys came out and they were professional. It took them about an hour. The owners son was on the truck and this company gives back to the community.

. I am a repeat customer. All waste was removed and they cleaned up after themselves. Al the $75 coupon was not intended for yard waste, they honored it. I will use them again

Everything went well. Once we coordinated the date and time they could make it out there we had no problems. They came while we were at work and took care of everything.

The Big Deal I purchased from Junk Shuttle LLC did not work out due to fine print that was unclear. They describe a typical load as three large refrigerators which is no larger than our hot tub yet they wanted to charge me $350. I offered to pay a total of $200 to be fair, but I was told that was not enough so I told them I would request a refund from Angie's List. After contacting Angie's list for a refund (they told me they would try to find another company to honor the deal and if they couldn't they would issue a refund) Junk Shuttle LLC offered to complete the work for the $200 price I had suggested. I refused and suggested they clarify the fine print in their Big Deal so others would not have the same confusion. At that time, Junk Shuttle LLC assured me they have made changes to wording in their Big Deal...not that I see. Might be worthwhile to contact this company before you purchase their Big Deal to avoid extra costs or having to request a refund.

They showed up on time, very professional even asked if anything else I l might want removed. They were completely finished in 15 minutes or so. I will definitely be calling on their services again. Also there rates were reasonable.
