Junk Shuttle

These may be the brightest, good-humored folks in the junk removal business! From Bruce to the guys who came out--Tim and Eric--they were high energy, incredibly patient, professional and just plain great to deal with...what a super crew! They willing battled our garage, which was less than organized and packed with the detritus of about 25 years of marriage--but that was just the start. They also took away bulky items for donation, and told us how to get the receipt, saving us a huge pain in the back, time and trouble. In addition to how fast they were, their good humor was hugely appreciated. We're booking them today for the next batch! Great outfit!

Tim and Eric arrived promptly. They carried a 200 lb. inoperative CRT TV down from our second floor and they did a couple of other things to help us out. Well done, guys!

Eric and Tim came early and quickly removed the stuff. They were very nice and efficient.

The guys from junk shuttle were awesome! They were actually a few minutes early to the appointment. They were super nice and courteous the entire time they were there. They got the stuff loaded quickly and efficiently and were on their way. Would absolutely use them again - maybe even later this week!

These guys were terrific. I showed up 1/2 hr late for my appointment and they didn't complain once. They removed all of my trash, cleaned up my garage, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Tim and his dad to anyone looking for junk removal.

I called and left a message with Junk Shuttle. The call was returned later that day. I needed to have to metal cabinets hauled away and an armoire and double bed moved to the garage to be picked up by the person I was giving them to. I was able to schedule pick-up for the next morning. After scheduling, I found out that there was someone who wanted the cabinets I was going to have hauled away. When the gentlemen showed up I told them about the change. They were perfectly fine with just moving all the items to the garage. When I went to pay, I was told that the charge was less since they didn't have to haul anything away. I was very happy that I was able to schedule for the next morning. Arrival was on time. That is very impressive to me because most times when I have someone scheduled, I end up waiting because they are late. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was very impressed that I wasn't held to the quote over the phone. I would definitely use Junk Shuttle again!

Showed up on time =- had to be exhausted!! Extremely polite, asked where the junk was. Unfortunately had to get junk out of the attic - must have been 125 degrees!! Didn't complain, just asked what needed to be hauled and quietly went about his business. Cleaned out the junk from the garage (lots of junk -- husband stuff!). Accidentally broke a glass that was going to junk = cleaned it up, didn't even question anything (it was my fault the glass wasn't removed from the junk), and merrily went on his way. Took a table apart and hauled off the table and 4 chairs. Great attitude, great work ethic, great company!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY. We keep an area in the garage dedicated to Junk Shuttle collection and call them whenever we have about a quarter-truck for pick-up. Among the things we set aside for them: old rugs and furniture we no longer use, burned out light bulbs of all kinds, dead batteries, old tools, paint, stuff in aerosol cans, cardboard boxes too large for pickup by the curbside recycler, garden soil, anything you would give to Goodwill. This time around, the haul included 2 hose reels with defunct hoses, cat scratch pillars, tools, a 5x8' rug, lots of magazines, various small appliances that we have replaced with something more modern. We are semi-hoarders, and I shudder to think what shape we would be in without Junk Shuttle. They are very professional, dedicated to recycling as much as possible,

I was very honest with him about the nature, size and weight of item to be removed. He was able to accommodate my needs because he knew exactly what he had to do.

Provider was polite, yet at the same time once walking through the back yard, gave me the impression they were not very interested in the job. A comment was made he felt one of the piles would be difficult to remove. No other provider gave any indication of that sort and actually explained how they would easily accomplish the job. I asked for a written estimate, which he appeared unprepared to provide at the time. I asked that he email me the estimate with the breakdown of actions to be taken and he stated he would email that to me within a day or so. My experience with this provider was as follows: 1) no response to my request for an emailed estimate, 2) no response to my follow up email request a second time, 3) called the office receiving a voicemail message the provider's mailbox was full followed by the phone hanging up, These are signs of red flags. I received the distinct impression they were more interested in performing the work at the time of the initial visit, even though I had emailed them a full description of the scope of the project with date estimates for the job prior to their arriving for the estimate. After making my follow up attempts meeting with no response, I chose not to use this provider and went with another. Interestingly, I find my experience quite the opposite of the other reviews. Either way, I shall not use them in the future nor recommend them. Possibly this was a very busy or bad time for them to accomplish my specific project, I don't know. I suspect there might be more to this situation than I am aware causing such a resulting experience, when compared to the other reviewer's experiences.

They had a coupon with a great price on Angie's List which Bruce immediately acknowledged. His crew came to my house the day Bruce said they were coming. (I didn't need to schedule a particular time since my presence wasn't required.) I had a pile of brush, branches, and leaves in a tree line to be removed. Not only did they remove the pile, but they removed many of the leaves surrounding the pile. Awesome job. Awesome price. Great convenience. They will be the first call I make next time I need something removed from my house and I can give them a strong recommendation to anyone else needing similar services.

They were great!!!! Responsive, punctual, helpful, took everything as requested, walked through with us to see what else could go - swept out the garage afterward. We will definitely use them again!

This was the perfect transaction! Bruce responded quickly, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The guys called ahead and arrived on time. They were very nice, worked efficiently and were very willing to help me. I will definitely call them again!
