Junk Shuttle

It was somewhere between $200 & $300 for what I had. I tried to use them again recently, but they’re busy, apparently popular. I wasn’t able to get them the second time around, but they were fantastic. They were easy to make an appointment. They were quick to confirm that appointment. It was a painless experience.

Bruce and his team did a fantastic job. Excellent communication, extremely punctual and just an all around good guy. Great family business, followed through to the T on all promises; no complications, no misunderstandings, just competence. He even went above and beyond by providing an additional service based on some quirks related to this particular job. The first load he removed from the house was 2.5 tons...and that was just the first load. Was a huge cleanup and it was handled like a breeze. This was one of those times that you hire a professional, you're happy to pay the money and your life is better off for doing so. Thanks much Bruce!

They were great! Removing the old refrigerator was difficult because of some issues with our doors, but they stayed for over an hour and were exceptionally committed to the job. Eventually they found a way to get it out of the house. Amazing!

Need a quick service to clean out household trash and found Junk Shuttle had a good promotion on the service. Purchased the coupon and got contacted very fast and scheduled the earliest day as my availability. They came in on time and were very professional to load these trash quickly. This was the second time I used Bruce's company or should I say attempted to. The first time, they came out, quoted me.. it seemed a bit high but I was glad to get the job done. I mean how hard is it. You load the stuff, you haul it away and its done. So its not a hard rating. In that respect they did the job. He was kinda funny though insisted on cash only. I obliged ran to the bank, it was not worth my time. You would think with a business of his standing he could take credit cards. So for a minor amount of tree limbs and some old furniture it cost me a few hundred bucks the first go round. But this review above I am NOT rating that job. I am giving a hair credit here to be fair. But that is it and it is VERY limited. I have allot of junk this time due to a house flooding because of a dishwasher going bad. So my back yard has allot of stuff piled up from the floors being dismantled. I called Bruce on April 6, 2016. In a sense, Bruce made it clear on the phone by his urgency to "get off the phone" he had no interest in doing a job for me. I brushed off my perception thinking he was just busy. He said he would stop buy and call me with an estimate "no need for me to be here since it was the back yard", he would just look over the fence. Again, That was 04/06/2016. Its been 21 days , it is now 04/27/2016 and I've not heard a word from the man. I made sure he had my phone number. As he was trying to get of the phone I said, do you have my number he said "oh yeah" give that to me. I also said "and the address", I had to make sure he had it. He repeated both to me. So there is no excuse that he "could not get in touch with me", a text, a voice mail, a second try. I will NEVER use this company. Between what felt very arrogant to me, red flags in fairness I should have payed attention to and his lack of follow up, your better of doing the job yourself or going with another company. Glad others had a good experience. Not us.

Bruce did a great job and removed all of our "stuff" and left the area looking better than it did before I put our junk out. I had torn down an old shed in our backyard, had quite a bit of heavy laminate flooring, a blue upholstered chair and two shelving units - as well as a few other odds and ends. I will definitely be using Junk Shuttle LLC again.

Everything went well with this vendor. The initial contact was from their website, and they got back to me in an appropriate time frame. Discussing the project and pricing on the phone, I decided that I liked the vendor and did not need to make any further inquiries (another vendor contacted through the web, never did make contact with me). The team showed up within the half hour time window I was given, were friendly, and did all the work I was promised over the phone. The hot tub had to be cut into pieces (and then carried over a few steps and some distance) back to the truck. They cleaned up very well after this process. If I have a need for this type of service in the future, not only would I call them, but I doubt I would even price shop their competitors. They were that good.
