I had the opportunity to have Tim the first time I used Junk Shuttle and he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. So, when I needed the service again, I didn't hesitate to call Junk Shuttle and I requested Tim. He and Eric did a fantastic job and left the area very clean. I'll definitely call Junk Shuttle again if the need arises.

Description of Work: We purchased an A-List coupon for Junk Shuttle. These guys are terrific! They were responsive, returned calls, and arrived on time. The job that we asked them to do involved removing an old freezer and A/C window unit from a basement and removing a large window and some junk from a garage. It turned out that they had to remove the basement door to get the freezer out. They did this cheerfully. Then, some of the items in the garage in the rafters proved problematic and they were cheerful about that, too. There were no extra charges and they cleaned up after their work. We would use them again and/or recommend them to our friends. |These guys were awesome sauce!

Description of Work: They removed several pieces of furniture filling 1/2 truck. I used angie deal for 1/4 truck & paid difference. I was contacted quickly about setting up a time, no delays. They were on time, communicated necessary info well, were very courteous. I had some heavy furniture & they never complained. Would definitly use again!

Description of Work: I call Bruce on New Years Day and he called me back within minutes. He was professional, courteous, and scheduled to be at my rental property within the week. I had several large appliances in the back shed (wash, dryer, old freezer, and other junk) as well as a bunch of junk in the attic. This would have easily taken me the entire day to clean out. Bruce arrived at the rental property while the tenant was in the house, performed the job quickly, and sent me an invoice soon after. I would definitely hire them again. Great company.

Description of Work: I purchased two vouchers from Angie's List for Junk Hauling because I needed to haul away dismantled playground equipment from my back yard. I was called very quickly after the purchase to set a date but wasn't able to do it immediately so we set a future date. I was called on the day of the service and the owner and a helper arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They introduced themselves and loaded all the equipment into their truck very quickly and efficiently. They even swept up the driveway after they were finished. They also offered to come back another time to help me go through any additional materials I might want to dispose of from my attic. Very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them.
