Junk Shuttle

The whole experience was great. Bruce Wiley and his son showed up early to our 9 a.m. appointment. Showed them the items to be removed. They worked about an hour and did a beautiful job. I will soon be calling Junk Shuttle to do some more hauling. They are two gentlemen, professional and neat. They deserve the highest marks possible.

I spoke with Bruce when I first called and we quickly scheduled a mutually satisfactory time. It turned out the original date was last week the day of the rain/snow storm so we talked early that morning and rescheduled it to this week. Our appointment was scheduled at 4:30 today and they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They introduced themselves to me at the door, they were polite, professional, and friendly and I couldn't have been happier. The estimate over the phone was $85 - 100. After they took away the couch, they said it would only be $80. I was so pleased with their service I gave them a tip. I can't recommend them highly enough.

As for the actual service, the gentlemen, Bruce and Mike, from the start were attentive in getting us scheduled, confirmed, and even called to see if they could arrive EARLY! In less than 30 minutes, they had all of our boxes and other items loaded and ready to go. They were neat, efficient and professional in appearance. I had no idea when I called that they actually donate what they can and recycle up to 85% of what is left. This made us feel even better about our decision to us them. We still have a storage unit to clean out, but that will be done soon, and we will definitely use them again. I have used other companies in the past who showed up late took their time and whined the entire time they hauled out my things. Junk Shuttle was professional in every way and I can't thank them enough.

This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I purchased an Angie's list coupon for a discount on services provided. The proprietor contacted me within a few days of the purchase regarding service. The appointment was easy to make, and the shuttle arrived on time on the day of the pickup. The two individuals who accomplished this job were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond in assisting with the items to be hauled away, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up the area after all items were loaded. It was apparent early on that I had more volume than purchased with the coupon, and an excellent price for the overage was offered on the spot. I could not be happier with this experience - believe I got more than I paid for. I look forward to doing business with this enterprise in the future!

They arrived on time the day of the appointment. They worked diligently and went all over my house to get different items that need to be discarded or donated. They cleaned out a lot of junk from my garage, storage building and around the yard. Very nice men and very helpful.

Bruce and his son were prompt and personable. They cleared the debris quickly and even swept the whole area clean. They've made my life a lot easier and I appreciate the fact that they're going to try to recycle most of the trash. They were considerably more affordable than one of the large national hauling chains. I would definitely use them again!

Called, recd estimate by phone. Arrived a few days later on time. Asked to add treadmill to coil of wire and tube type 32" tv. Removed within 30 minutes and they hope to recycle all. Definitely will use again.

They were very professional and courteous. Scheduled service within 2 days of calling, arrived on time, extremely accommodating. They took precations not to damage any walls or flooring during removal of items from a 3rd floor attic. Offered to vacuum up after themselves after the job was finished. I would definetly used them again. It is a pleasure to work with a company that does what they say they will do with smiles on their faces. Great customer service.

Overall A+ experience. We were contacted within 24 hours of signing up for the Angie's list coupon, and all subsequent communication was prompt and courteous, including my last-minute need to reschedule. On day of service, they arrived right on time and handled the removal of items cheerfully and efficiently, even swept up the leaf-strewn garage. Very professional ... we will definitely use again as we continue to downsize.

Bruce and his worker did an exceptional job!! They were so easy to work with, and so accommodating! All I had to do was tell them what I wanted gone, and soon it was done! They worked very cleanly, thouroughly, and quickly. They made 2 trips, because the junk in the garage and tool shed needed to go to a different place than the logs. The prce was VERY reasonable. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to load up everything I would not HESITATE to recommend Bruce to anyone, and I plan to call him again if I need any more help with the move!!

The items were loaded onto the truck in 30 minutes. The truck arrived exactly on time, very professional and courteous.

This was my first experience with asking for help, I always try doing things on my own, as my husband is in a wheelchair. The hardest part of the job for me was asking someone/accepting help. Bruce made this whole experience so easy for me! Worth every dime! Bruce and his assistant were fantastic. Were on time, finished in a matter of minutes, left my driveway clean, and clear. Strongly recommend him with no hesitation or reservations. I plan on contacting him again when I get my yard cleaned up.

Used the Angie's List coupon ($75 for $150 worth of junk removal). The owner was very responsive and courteous when I set up the appointment. They showed up on time and removed all of the items I requested. They even hauled away some household trash that was in the garage since they had extra room on the truck. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted Bruce, the owner of Junk Shuttle LLC on Saturday, 1/5/13 for a quick removal and disposal of a sofa by the middle of the following week. I contacted this company based on reviews on this site, and when he answered the phone, (as opposed to a voicemail!) immediately and I explained the situation, he gave me a price (not an estimate) that I found to be reasonable and an exact time that fit with my schedule. He arrived today, exactly when he said he would, and was professional, efficient and courteous. I will absolutely call him again, and I asked him for additional business cards so that I may promote him at my own place of business.

This was an Angie's List deal. I was very pleased with this company. They were very responsive and willing to assist me. I plan to use them anytime I need hauling services in the future.

On time and professional. Will give gently used utensils,etc to charity as opposed to landfill. Also gave estimate on light demolition of an old shed Will use again and I will recommend.
