Junk Shuttle

They were excellent - professional, thorough, and altogether did a great job. The provider called in advance to advise of their expected arrival time. They were on time and moved everything that needed to go. I had some items in my garage and a few items on a deck out back which they moved. They asked whether I wanted to keep the propane tank from the grill (which I did, but had missed). They also asked about some grill items I had left on the back deck to make sure that I wanted them left behind and not taken away. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We have used Junk Shuttle before, and as always they did a fantastic job. We have no negative remarks to make. They are friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Everyone in our family is a packrat, and Junk Shuttle keeps our housekeeping afloat by taking away items that have outlived their appeal or usefulness but which might not be appropriate for charities like Goodwill which want items that are repairable. We feel good knowing that the component parts of our "junk" are going to be recycled and wind up in some other, useful form. The crew arrived ahead of schedule, having called to make sure it was convenient for us. They removed a reclining chair that had recently broken, four cabinets, and many boxes of odds and ends. They are respectful of your house, taking care as they move things out, and they even swept out our garage before they left, even though most of the floor debris was not of their making! They give an Angie's List discount, but even without it their rates are very reasonable.

They were punctual, very friendly, professional and extremely careful. They even took down boxes on shelves in the garage so I could go through them later. I would highly recommend them to any one who needed junk hauled away. I plan on calling them again when I am ready for my second round of cleaning out the house.

Bruce and Tim did a great job removing an old broken sofa from my home. They were careful, efficient and very friendly. Highly-recommended!

The Junk Shuttle guys arrived on time, were cheerful, professional, and great to work with. In spite of problems with my street being blocked due to unexpected street repairs, they were flexible in moving their truck to a spot where they could load my stuff. The room with junk was on the second floor and included a queen size bed that all had to go down stairs to street level. The price was amazingly reasonable in my opinion. A room full of junk is now a room full of empty. I'm a very happy customer and plan on using their services again to remove yard waste and other items. I highly recommend them if you need junk removed in the Richmond area.

Mr. Bruce Wiley is the owner/operator of the business. He made a free estimate, appeared promptly--even slightly early--for the job, and completed it very quickly. Both he and his assistant could not have been more polite, professional and personable. It was an absolute pleasure meeting and doing business with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly to others nor to call upon him again in the future. OUTSTANDING! A+++!

We left a voice mail message and the provider did not return our call. After three days we left another message and after that we got a return call. The service would have been performed in Danville but we ended up hiring an individual to do it for us at less than half the cost.

They were prompt and quick. They were also courteous and the price was reasonable.

Everything went well. They ended up completely filling a very large truck with all of the junk from the basement. Furthermore, they arrived on time, were very careful not to damage anything while working, and charged a reasonble price. They did so well, in fact, that I actually paid them more than what had been quoted.

The job and service went well , he quoted a price and stuck to the price, did a great job on the clean-up. They went above and beyond on this job, not too many companies will do that any-longer. Great job and I will use them again....

I found Junk Shuttle on Angie's List, read the reviews and was persuaded to call. I left a message in the early evening not expecting to hear from anyone until the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from them in less than an hour. They put me on their schedule and said they would be there on that day and at a specified time. The gentlemen from Junk Shuttle showed up right when they said they would and then proceeded to exceed my expectations. The large pile of brush required some work with a small chain saw to break the branches down into smaller sizes and even raked the area of all the small debris. The eyesore was erased and the backyard looked great, making my house look even better for the potential sellers coming to see my home. The best experience I've had with a trash/debris hauling company in the last 15 years. They will be my first call the next time I need these services.

Everything went really well. Junk Shuttle employees did a fantastic job of clearing all of the lattice, limbs, etc. from our yard. Then they cleaned up the smaller debris and left the yard in great shape.

I was very pleased and would call them again when I get the urge to purge.

I called and spoke with Bruce and told him what I needed done. Later that same day, Tim and Rob showed up and gave me an estimate. Super nice guys and the quote they gave me was almost too good to be true. Tim gave me a date they could do the work and he and Bruce came by and knocked it all out much quicker than I expected! This was by far THE BEST $250 I have spent since I bought my home. Friendly, professional, and just all around great guys. Thanks again Bruce and Tim!!

We called Bruce on a Monday and were lucky enough to get the pick-up scheduled for the next day. The guys called before they came. They were friendly and professional, figuring out the best way to move the dining table out of the house, and removing two of the legs to do so. We had piled the rest of our junk on the garage floor; Tim and Rob sorted through it and had it all loaded in no time. They worked quickly and efficiently. We feel good about knowing that our junk will be recycled where it can continue to do someone some good. Everyone who works for this company is pleasant, committed to customer service and to doing a thorough and professional job. We felt the price was very reasonable; Bruce reminded us that we could take advantage of our 20-percent Angie's List coupon. These are good people doing important work; we highly recommend them.

Tim and Bruce were punctual, professional, and efficient. We appreciated that they called before arriving. Upon arrival, the team assessed our junk haul and provided an estimate. They worked quickly without causing damage to our home or other belongings. We would highly recommend this nice, hard-working team.

Bruce and TIm packed up a bookcase and then moved numerous heavy boxes of books from the first floor to the second floor. They also helped bagging and hauling away numerous bags of trash, in addition to hauling some furniture items. They also helped by moving heavy furniture. And, as I mentioned, took donation items as well. Here's what I have to say about them: WOW!! I met two really nice people today and I would recommend them to everyone. They are professional, very fast, neat, courteous, and, also importantly, worked carefully. Super job!!!

The job was completed efficiently and thoroughly. Extra care was taken in cleaning up the areas where the brush, etc. had been piled. We were very pleased with the work. And we would call Junk Shuttle again.

Junk shuttle was contacted to give an estimate on cleaning out a storage unit our company was renting. Their estimate was very resonable and they stuck to the quoted price even though there turned out to be more material in the storage unit than originally estimated. Excellent to work with. Very professional. Bruce and his team are the best.

After following the link on Angie's list, I heard back right away. The call to confirm dates and times. Everything worked out very well.

He was very quick to stop by and give me a very accurate quote. He was prompt and showed up on time to help out. Even though the task involved a little above and beyond the norm he didn't stray from his original quote and did a good, fast job. He and another worker, Tim, were very polite and professional.
