Description of Work: I did not use this person at Joyner .... But believe me when we tell you do not use this company!!! No not!!! They were so great till they got our money and were actually told by the agent that" we were not her problem any more" not really believe it. We called the president of the company he did nothing!! Don't use them!!

+ -1 moreAs first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were a little apprehensive, especially since we needed to purchase our home remotely. We cold contacted Jeannette Mock and quickly scooped her up as our buyer's agent. We had a very limited window (1 week) in which to find our house and Jeannette worked with us to ensure that we got to see all of the houses we wanted to. Once we found our house, Jeannette worked with the seller's agent to get the ball rolling. Jeannette walked us through the process and was available to explain anything we didn't understand. We closed on our house in May 2011 and Jeannette continues to follow-up to see if she can assist us with any home-related issues. Best yet, the seller paid her expenses, so her stellar services were provided free of charge to us.
Description of Work: Jeannette Mock served as our Buyer's Agent, showed us numerous properties and guided us through the home buying process (first-time homeowners).
