John built a beautiful patio railing for my son's home.. It is so beautifully done I'm sure it increase the value of his home. In addition he had to work to remove bushes that were encroached upon the deck which was about 5 ft from the ground and a hazard for people sitting on the the deck without the railing being there. He has done several other services for us and always top-notch and very reasonably priced.

JMS Home Repair has also completed additional general home repairs, such as a variety of carpentry projects and some minor drywall repair. John did a professional excellent job. I had two storm doors replaced. His estimate was beyond fair and the quality of work was superb. He even met me at Lowes to make sure I had the right sizes and types. He loaded them on his truck and even disposed of the old screen doors. I highly recommend the young man. I will definitely hire John again.

I hired company to reseal medium sized window. I rated quality of work a 4.5 because, I have not actually seen the end results. However, my husband was there and approves. I will check it out soon, but I don't foresee any issue. John was pleasant and professional. I would use their services again if necessary, thank you!
