In purchasing our new home we decided on a condo. Jeff took the time to listen to our needs and wants in our search for our new home. He took us to multiple locations taking the time to point out things we might not have considered and helping us make the best decision for us . We had already been approved for a VA loan and had started moving forward with our new purchase only to have the condo come back and tell us that they did not take VA loans. Jeff took the time to set up a meeting immediately between me my husband the seller’s agent and our loan officer. He wanted to take the time to find out if this information was correct as it turned out the office was incorrect they did accept VA loans. We were able to move forward within 24 hours even after re-submitting everything we still closed on the purchase on time. On selling our current home he was very knowledgeable on some updates that we should do before putting it on the market this was very helpful to me as a person who feels like everything should be perfect I would have continued to do things that were not necessary to sell our home. Everything he suggested was exactly what buyers were looking for and our home sold quickly in an area although very nice not considered a quick turnaround area and he sold it for a higher price then what me and my husband thought it should be listed for . We had one major concern that came up during the buyers inspection but that went smoothly as well as Jeff has worked with professional contractors in the past he knew who to call and we were able to get a good price because of the relationship the contractor had with our realtor. He continued to stay in contact with us the buyers realtor and lender to make sure that everything was still on track or if there were things that needed to be addressed until the very end. This is the second time we have used Jeff as our realtor and just like the first time he goes above and beyond to meet every need,

If I could give Jeff Smith A+ for responsiveness and professionalism, I would. Selling a house is always nerve-racking, but Jeff made it go as smoothly as possible. He had a number of suggestions to make the house move faster. They made the house more attractive (wish I had done some of them earlier, and enjoyed them myself!) He had recommendations for service providers -- cleaners, lawn service, etc -- who turned out to be as responsive as he is. House sold in hours. Highly recommended.

Jeff spent hours making sure I understood the process from start to finish and was comfortable with it. His analysis of the value of the home was spot on as was his predictions on the length of time needed to close. He proactively reached out to me to offer his assistance throughout the process. Though Jeff provided recommendations and contacts for the various inspectors and such, I never felt pressured to use his recommendation over another. Jeff Smith was as consistently interested, thorough and thoughtful in acting as my seller's agent as he had been as my buyer's agent in the recent purchase of my current home. Jeff was conscientious, thorough and very flexible in both meeting times and locations. He worked with us for three months. We visited houses in Chesterfield, City of Richmond and Henrico Counties. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and concerns and when I met Jeff he was more then willing to answer them all. From the start Jeff was available 24/7 through email, text, and phone calls. I could talk to him anytime I needed whenever I needed him and if there was a problem he was there 2 steps ahead of me fixing the problem. I was introduced to fantastic home inspectors, lenders, closing agents, and selling agents. Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty as my realtor and I am so blessed and thankful to have been able to have him as my agent. I don't consider Jeff my realtor but as a family friend because he didn't help me buy a house but a home. Jeff was exceedingly responsive. He met with us on numerous occasions, during the week and weekend over the course of 6 months. He took a personal interest in our needs and was excellent at negotiating with the sellers. We ran into a difficult time with one seller and Jeff brought additional resources to the situation to help get it resolved. He directed us to an excellent attorney and closing agent and has continued to be available to help us through our transition.

First of all he was our third realtor after the previous two who always tried to push us into buying any house just in order to make some quick business. Well Jeff helped us a lot in spite of our short notice. He worked with us tirelessly in helping us not only with finding a home but also helped us with home inspection, finding a good mortgage plan as we were kind of new to this country. He showed us more than 2-3 homes every day for weeks together until we find the right one. Even after we bought the house, he checked back on us to make sure we were doing OK and liked our new house.
