Jason helped navigate me through my first home purchase since I had a foreclosure in 2010. He has been amazing and so knowledgeable of the market conditions. He really helped me understand the process and got me into the home I wanted. He knows the other agents in the area which is extremely valuable to a Buyer, as he is aware of things before they go on the market and he is also able to gain information from Seller's agent that someone that didn't otherwise have a good reputation among colleagues. Most importantly, he is communicative, and his personality is calm and helpful - perfect for his job. He kept me aware of what to do and where we were in the process. Home buying is extremely stressful - but having Jason as my Agent relieved me of so many worries. I can't recommend him enough - he makes you a priority, will always be there when you need to ask him questions, and will work incredibly hard for you. I will never use another Agent again and will always recommend him to anyone in need of an exceptional real estate agent. Best I've ever worked with.

It went great, Jason took my wants and my budget and helped me find a great house. He also helped me ask great questions and notice things I may not have noticed. Great real estate agent, would definitely work with him again.

Since this was my first home purchase, I wasn't sure what to expect from a realtor. However, I can only hope they are all as professional and helpful as Jason. My loan officer gave me his name and highly recommended him, and it isn't hard to see why after working with him. From our very first meeting, he set a tone of hard work and professionalism that I was looking for, and I definitely felt like he had my best interests at heart. I had A LOT of questions, and he always responded promptly and I never felt like I was "bothering" him. Whenever I came across a house I was interested in, I could count on him to do the research and get back to me, normally very quickly. My budget was on the smaller side, but I never felt like this mattered to Jason in the way he dealt with my search. I was motivated to get out of my current living situation, so once I found a house I liked, I jumped on it. During the process, I felt like Jason was looking out for me and my interests, and he was knowledgeable about the area and the price I should go in at. I relied on his judgement, and I was very happy with the deal he was able to get for me. He literally walked me through the entire process, even coming to my home inspection and answered all of my random questions. Jason was easy to work with, knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, and professional. I would definitely recommend him, and plan on using him again for any future real estate needs! Thank you!

Jason provided a great amount of incite and helped guide us to the area we were searching He has an immense amount of patience and is able to negotiate well between a couple with varying views to the final offer. Jason took notes for the gazillion houses we dragged him through which allowed us to comfortably make our decision. He is one of the best realtors we have worked with in our many relocations.

However, he recommended another agent who has proven to be a real gem, and very hard-working.

Jason has always been interested in my interests, sometimes to his own detriment. I tried to sell a house in Chester, VA 2009 when the market was all but dead. Unfortunately housing values had dropped significantly, and after 2 open houses with no one showing up (no fault of Jason's), he suggested putting the house up for rent - and even had a contact who could manage this for me. It was a great option and I'm still taking advantage of - and I'm not losing $1600 every month. Jason also helped me buy a home in 2010 in another part of Richmond - he was great and made sure I got a great deal. I'm now in the process of selling that home and he is working hard to sell. I find myself out of town and have the trust that he is making sure everything is taken care of.

Jason was absolutely fantastic! He was recommended to me by a friend who has worked with him multiple times in the past to sell and buy homes. He took the time to meet with me to see what I was looking for, made time for me to see LOTS of different houses, and kept in nearly constant contact with me, even if nothing was going on. The whole process took nearly four months, as I made an offer on a house, and then decided that I did not want to buy that one. Having no idea what I was doing, I think I may have been a pretty needy client, but Jason never lost patience with me and clearly worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable. Last week, I successfully closed on my first house, and I know that would not have happened without his hard work. Jason rocks!

I wanted to take some time to share my experiences with Jason Ciatteo of Virginia CU Realty over the past 14 months. My wife and I started casually looking at houses in October 2010. Since VACU was getting into the realty arena about that time – we decided to give them a try. I have to tell you that I am very happy that we did. Jason did an amazing job of cheerfully working with us on whatever type of home buying transaction we wanted. He joined me at a house auction (and contract), helped us through a short sale offer and contract, researched the pros and cons of building and available land, and finally helped us get into our wonderful new home (just last month) that was a foreclosure. We made offers on four different houses before things finally worked out for us. All along, Jason never once appeared frustrated or inconvenienced by our many questions and house hunting journeys.He was always a pleasure to work with. He was even great with our 2 year old – and our little guy was always excited to see him. Each time that Jason told me that he would check on something or send me something – he did it! This was always greatly appreciated.Even though we only needed the services of a buyer’s agent this time; we will be calling Virginia CU Realty first if we ever need to sell. I have already highly recommended them to several of my friends and family, telling them that if they want to hire a realtor that will work hard for them – then Virginia CU Realty is the way to go!

I could talk about him for days. He is definitely the best real estate agent that we have ever used. His level of communication is amazing. Even if nothing is going on, he will call us just to let us know that nothing is happening so we are not left wondering. We never had a problem getting hold of him. He made us think that we were his only client. The level of communication between phone calls, emails and texting made him so easy to deal with. We have dealt with a lot of real estate agents in the past and we have never seen anybody work as hard as he has.

My parents had to downsize. The entire adventure almost took an entire year. Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful from the first day. No matter what the delay or what the problem, Jason was amazing. Once we got closer to selling their house and looking for a new one, Jason would call often to update us on what was going on - even if there wasn't a change - just so we didn't have to wonder. I can't say enough about Jason's service. No matter what the industry, I have never had service from anyone as I did from Jason. As a sales manager in an unrelated field myself, I learned more about customer service from him than anyone.
