I am very pleased with the services InPower provide. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. I plan to use them again in the future.

I would like to highly recommend them. I can't say enough about them. They are an IT company. The young man that we normally have help us out is named Brett Hickman. They are very good. I don't know what we would do without these guys. I talk to them at least once a week. It's not for problems. We moved our office and they were extremely helpful in shepherding us through that process. For the last couple of months one of us, either me or the 2 lawyers, have talked with them at least once a week over the past 6 weeks just getting ready for the move and the follow-up after the move. They are very flexible and that's one of the reasons why we like them. They tailor a monthly payment around what we need. They keep detailed reports on the time that they spend with us. Usually we are under that allotted time per month. It is $350.00 a month but depending on the level of service that you require determines the payment per month. We do a lot of work with them remotely. I work at home and we have a service called log me in that they help us with. I am able to access my computer at the office from anywhere in the world. It's a great service. I just can't say enough about these guys at InPower. It is money really well spent. One of the attorneys has software IT background and even he really likes these guys. They know what we need before we even verbalize it. They don't try to gouge us. They don't try to sell us something that we don't need. They are objective. They don't talk down to us. They talk to us in layman's terms. We are all pretty tech savvy. I have never ever got the impression that they were trying to get money out of us or trying to bill more hours. We always get the impression that our best interest is at the top of their list. We have a contract where we get 5 hours per month and they are so fast that most months we don't even use that up. But some months we use more than that, so at the end of the year they total it all up. It's like what we do as a law firm. It's like a retainer. I can't say enough about them. I don't know what we would do without them. The software programs that we have at the law office are pretty robust. I do all the billing, the invoicing, and the payroll so they really help me out a lot with the technology there too. We would use them in the future.
