Great job, love the carpet. No issues.

They just did the service and it happened pretty quickly. They came when they said they would. There were two people who did the installation. They were very careful, thorough, and they answered questions quickly. They have special equipment that I haven't seen before on how the edges get attached. They have some kind of stretching device that helps get it tight. They accommodated my request to do it in two days. It was 2 rooms and 2 closets, I had to do it in two days so we could manage clearing out the room better.

We needed to replace our carpet in July and I called House of Carpet at the recommendation of friends who had used their services in the past. When I called and explained that my work hours made it difficult to get there much before closing time, they said if they knew I was coming they would stay open until I got there. I went that very afternoon. They were very helpful and I was able to settle on a particular brand of carpet fairly quickly. I discussed the fact that we needed a quick turnaround because of extenuating family circumstances and they were confident they could meet our deadline which was just 3 weeks away. I was sent home with a bag of samples in various colors. I called the next day with our choice and they were out to measure that afternoon. The price was very reasonable. We ordered the carpet and had it installed 2 1/2 weeks later. The installers were on time, professional and did an outstanding job removing the old carpet and installing the new within 2 days. We were very pleased with the entire experience and love the carpet. We highly recommend House of Carpet.

The new carpet and padding was installed in everyroom of my townhouse except for the quest bedroom. The job was completed in one day. The young men who performed the job were very respective of all of my furnishings and stayed late after completing the work to be sure all the furniture was returned to its proper place. All in all, they did an excellent job and at a great price. Unbeknown to them, House of Carpet was highly recommended to me by a previous customer of theirs and they lived up to that reputation.

Went to their showroom and had plenty to choose from. Tommy was helpful showing me additional options, once he got a feel for what I was looking for. Let me take home samples, which was invaluable. I called to place my order and ask questions. Our choice for carpet was a special order, so it took 2 weeks from the time I ordered until installation. The installer arrived when I expected him to, was friendly and hard working, and seemed to do a great job. Very satisfied with the overall process, product and service.

We have never been disappointed in the service we receive from House of Carpet. This time was no exception. Everyone was professional. The carpet arrived quickly and the installers were fantastic. They spent all day here, and did not even take a lunch break. They did an excellent job, took their time, cleaned up afterwards, and over all, were two of the hardest working men we have ever had.
