We offer comprehensive pest control services and termite treatment plans for residential, commercial and managed properties and this includes servicing the Taexx built-in pest control and Sentricon termite elimination systems. We treat for ants, silverfish, earwigs, spiders, bees, wasps, scorpions, cockroaches, fleas, mosquitoes, bed bugs, rodents, subterranean termites and more.

They come a couple of times a year. We still have problems at times. We really like them, but we still have problems. They are right out here. They come right away. When we put the patio in a bunch of ants tried moving into our home, but other than that we're okay. I'd use them again.

Both the office staff and the service providers are friendly, professional and responsive. The service provider in particular is always friendly & really takes pride in his work.

It was a wonderful service! Stacy in particular was a wonderful and very personable!

With them, when they built these houses, they built their system in the walls. So, when they come to terminate, they put their hose from the outside so they don't really have to come in your house. It was like state of the art pest control to me. I am pretty impressed with them. The house that I moved in is already built with all their lines in the walls so they never have to come in your house and that is what I really like.

The technicians who come out are very nice. Their customer service is very good. I once had a billing issue but their manager quickly resolved it.

Not very well.
Description of Work: Service is for insect control set up by home builder. It is inside walls of the house. This is the only company that provides this service. They are suppose to web dust the outside of the house, this service is not always done by technician. If there was another company that provided the same service I would give them a try. There is not any other company to do this. We have only lived in our home 2 1/2 years and the price has been raised twice. Service appointment is not always done when scheduled.

They provide very good service. They are always prompt and they come out. If we do have issues, we call them and they come right out within the next couple of days to take care of the pest issues. Overall I would give great recommendation.

We have been pretty satisfied with Home Team. They do their job and we have seen no evidence of termites. They seem to be pretty responsible and while I can not say we have had a ton of contact with them on a regular basis, I can say we are content and pleased.
Description of Work: Our 1600 square foot home is examined yearly by this termite company. We have purchased an annual plan with them. This plan requires them to evaluate our home for termites and destroy them if or when evidence is revealed.
