It went great, with one small exception. The base for our kitchen table was broken during the move but they are coming to pick it up to get it repaired. Otherwise it was a great experience. The crew was polite and courteous the entire time. They chatted and joked around with us as each day went on. I was impressed with their hustle and how quick they accomplished both the move out and the move in. They ended up coming in under estimate. They were on time both days. I can’t say enough good things about the crew. If you live in the Richmond, VA area you won’t go wrong using Heroes Moving and Storage.

Heroes Moving & Storage exceeded our expectations about this move. The sales team (Coron, Lori & Scottie) were very knowledgeable, most efficient, patient during the process and helpful with our concerns of moving. The entire moving crew (Geary, the leader, and Mack & Jamarcus) were on time, very professional, respectful, worked well together and most careful with our belongings. We are quite satisfied with the work they did. Also, the pricing was very competitive with other moving companies. We will continue to do business with them forever. Thank you all so much.

It’s been a few weeks since our crazy move, but didn’t want to forget telling everyone how great Corey and his guys (and I feel so bad I forgot their names but there were amazing) were in helping us. They were reasonable, super efficient, careful and patient with us, as I had the unfortunate problem of my back going out the day before, so I wasn’t as prepared as I had planned, and then the HVAC was out when we got to the new house, so we had to deal with that. It was crazy, but they acted like our chaos was another day at the office for them, cool as cucumbers. I can’t thank them enough! YES, use them!

Move went really well. They did a great job. After the work was complete though, they tried to charge additional based on miscount of steps when in fact it should’ve been less (Hint: Don’t count outside steps). Make sure you send them a picture of the steps at both places when you get the quote. They have a portable walkway to take care of outside steps so make sure you know which steps to count and which ones not to when you get the quote. Although the quality of work was very high, I feel a bit scammed with the way the quote was developed.

They were excellent group of guys who were on time, professional and had a very long day of work because of delays in closing on our new house. We never felt that they were rushing or cutting corners. We would highly recommend them for anyone moving and we would use them again.

Corey was outstanding. He was responsive from the start, did exactly what he said he would, and moved a larger than usual upright piano that was 114 years old with great care. He is also a really nice guy and very friendly. His pricing was better than any other company I called and I am positive he took more care with the piano than anyone else would have. He definitely knew what he was doing. I will use his services again in the future for any moving need I have and I have no doubts in recommending him to others.

Corey and his team did an EXCELLENT job of handling some big pieces and clearly took care in doing the job well and taking good care of protecting my furniture and the house itself. You could tell they worked together well as a team

Corey was flexible with scheduling (I needed it done on a Saturday), and he replied quickly to my emails. On the day of the move, the guys were prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. The pricing was fair, and they even gave me a discount for using them for both the move and the tuning!

Extremely well. Corey and his helper had to remove the tank from a pick up bed and install it inside our home. The tank was extremely heavy, fragile and very awkward to move and lift. Piano Movers Plus did the job quickly, carefully and safely. Entirely satisfied with their work.

Corey and Chris moved my 1000lb safe from my garage in Richmond to my new house in Charlottesville. They were punctual and professional. Moving a 1000lb safe is a tough job, and they had the powered lift and all of the extra equipment needed to get it done. I was very glad they brought along extra tools, because they had to remove two doors to get the safe to its new location. Overall, Piano Movers Plus did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

We met the owner, Corey, when he came to move a piano we had given away to a restorer. We were so impressed with his professionalism they we hired him to move delicate furniture and fragile items during our move to a new home. We've since used him to move heavy furniture around in the new house as we are deciding where every thing should go. He is always on friendly, on time, and efficient. We highly recommend him

Corey and his team had to pick-up items from 3 different locations, 1 in Danville, VA, 1 at a Bonded Warehouse and 1 at a storage unit. They were very organized, prompt and professional. We would definately recommend their services to any business needing a professional moving company.

Corey was punctual and had all of the necessary equipment for safely moving the pianos even when it started to rain. He used a heavy duty 10 foot ramp which made going up and down the steps go like clockwork. I have used his services as well as my family and friends for several years now, and will continue to do so.

They moved my piano and had all of the professional moving equipment. They made it seem very easy! I have moved pianos in the past and it is not an easy task. After they moved my piano I told my wife I will always get them to move it in the future! Their prices are the best!
