Apart from the fact that they did not show up at the scheduled time as planned, the quality of work was excellent and they took great care not to create a mess in the work areas. They demonstrated professionalism and was always polite regardless of how many questions we asked. We had many issues with the delivery of the new gas range from Lowes but Heritage adjusted their schedules each time although Lowes delivery kept on missing the scheduled times. Finally after three tries, Lowes finally delivered the range on a Saturday. We called Heritage and they showed up within an hour around 6 PM that day and installed it without questions. I really enjoyed working with them and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. In terms of price, they were the most reasonable as compared to the other six quotes that we received. When doing researching on Heritage online prior to hiring them, I found one feedback where the person said that Eric told her to keep the money until after the work was complete. This raised an alarm for me where I thought most businesses will try to get their money as soon as possible and made me think they were giving their own feedback. Well now that I have done business with them, I can say that this was true. They never approached me for the check. As a matter of fact, I had to finally call and ask when he will pick up the check or should I send it through the mail. They requested that I send it through the mail.

The work was performed in an efficient and professional manner. The technician who worked on the fireplace made sure that no dirt was brought into the house and when the job was finished they cleaned up so well that you never knew they were there.
