Very well. Very professional. Called to let me know he was on his way. Was right on time. Took care of everything on my list! Other plumbers I have had out before charged as much as Harry's total, stayed for less than half the time, and nothing was fixed. The large companies always sent the "young, inexperienced rookies" who might have been eager to help, but, didn't know what to do! I found Harry myself. He told me he was on Angie's list, and, when I went to write this review, I had to search, and found him on page 4!! Go figure.

Harry was scheduled to come by the next day but had a cancellation. He called my wife's number as she was the primary contact to see if he could come by that very day. After a mix up (nothing to do with Harry, miscommunication between my wife and I) Harry and I spoke and confirmed we could do that day. He then called my wife to inform her he had reached me so no need to rush around at work. Very considerate of him. He arrived at our house within 15 minutes and had the issue resolved within 20-30 minutes or so. I will be calling him in the future as our go to guy.

He's been a plumber for 25 years. He's 41 years old and told me when he was a kid he started with his father. I was very impressed with him. If anybody asks me even in my neighborhood, I would recommend him. He seemed like a decent guy. He did neat work, was very clean and polite. He did very good work. In most instances the problem he had with my dishwasher, he wouldn't have touched with a lot of other people. He had to cut part of my flooring where you would slide it out from under the counter in the kitchen because the people who lived here before me put a layer of linoleum tile on the kitchen floor. The next people put another color on top of it and didn't take the underlayment out. When he tried to slide the dishwasher out, he had to use a reciprocating saw to cut the front part because of the three layers of linoleum that made it higher than the floor. He took as much or more time just for that problem alone. He told me that he hated to do it, but he had to in order to get the dishwasher out. He said whoever would do this would've had to done exactly the same procedure he used. I watched him and thought that he was 100% right. I think he had $32 for parts, which was the braided hose, labor and something that was $80 or $90. He told me that he charges $22 per 15 minutes, which I've never heard before, so if you had a very simple and easy job that would do a half an hour he's not going to charge you for a full hour. I thought that was a pretty decent thing. I've never heard of any tradesman ever doing that because they would charge you at least for the full hour. Whether they work five minutes, you're going to pay at least for an hours rate. He was over an hour, but a bulk of his time was the problem of taking the dishwasher from underneath the counter in the kitchen. It took him a while to get it out. He took off 20% or 10% for the Angie's discount. He did a very good job. The quality of his work was excellent. He explains everything too when he comes in. He looks and sees what the situation is. He seems like he's being honest to you. I thought he was very good even though he had a problem.

I called Harry, 9 am Tuesday morning he fit us in within 2 hours, this is my 88 year old mothers house so I had to coordinate with her nurse and my brother who lives with Mom. Harry called me afterward to give me the details of what he did and I had asked him to look over the other plumbing ( dripping faucets etc) to make appointment to fix later.. I am very happy with Harry and will use him again.

Harry was able to look at my plumbing issue same day and actually ended up fixing the problem himself, including replacing about a 4' section of drain pipe in an interior wall same day within about 2 hours! The cost was very conservative and he could have charged me a much higher flat rate (we had discussed this prior) but he didn't. Honesty, promptness, professionalism and low cost... What more could you ask for?! Thank you, Harry!

He responded quickly to my call(s) His work was superior. He is personable and professional. He goes the extra mile to make certain the job is done right and will last. For instance, He showed me why the pipe broke (and how to keep it from happening again) and he corrected a problem the previous plumber had created when he originally installed the faucet which also contributed to the pipe breaking. He doesn't skimp on materials or use low cost fixtures, unless you pick out something you would prefer When he worked inside on our tub; He performed the work quickly and left no mess behind. In addition he tightened the knobs on the on/off/shower controls on the bathtub. He obviously takes pride in his work, something only a and quot;masterand quot; of a trade does.

Excellent experience. HIghly recommend his services. He is polite and professional as well as capable. He called before arrival well within his three hour window. He was able to get his work done in spite of the difficulties he had working with the cheap faucet I tried to have him use. When that fell apart on him he was able to produce a better quality one from his van for only a few dollars more. He was very honest in his assessments and modest in his recommendations. I will definately call him back in the future and recommend him for all maintenance work. I feel very confident in the quality of the work he performed.

He did some excellent work. The good thing about Harry's is that he charges by the fifteen minutes. He recommended that my daughter go out and purchase a new faucet. If her faucet needed to be replaced, he would replace it. She kept the receipt. He showed up on time and fixed her old faucet. He put a new valve or something in. He only charged her for 3/4 of an hour instead of a full hour. He said that she could take the new faucet back to the store and get a refund because he didn't have to replace it. He saved her money and gave her personal attention. He is real honest. He deserves to be complimented for his good work. He is a good contractor. He is reliable and honest. He saves his customers money and that's a big thing. He deserves an A on all of his work.

Awoke to discover cold water pipe to bathroom had frozen (but not burst) over night. Called Harry and he came within a couple of hours. He tried pointing his high BTU heater into all three access doors to our house's crawlspace - the third (and furthest from the bathroom!?) turned out to be the charm. While we waited for it to work, he helped me cover open vents into the crawl space that were letting cold air blow onto our pipes. Before leaving he showed us how to leave our faucets on a low trickle on those really cold nights to prevent more frozen pipes in the future. This was the 3rd time we had him to the house. On another occasion he replaced a leaking gas line that was beyond saving to our gas fired stove. He also saved us from having to buy an expensive new "log" for the gas fireplace by repairing one with some copper wire. He also waived his trip charge on the first visit. He is friendly and professional and works quickly.

Harry worked carefully and deliberately, only taking up cement as he needed. He repaired the pipe and filled the hole with new concrete. There was no mess, the new pipe is just fine, and the final bill was less than the estimate. This is the third time I have called on Harry and his expertise; I will continue to call on him whenever I need a professional I can count on!

The pipe was almost impossible to reach, and I had just had the walls in the room painted. But Harry took his time, covered everything with plastic, and successful cut out the bad pipe and replaced it. He was careful, thorough, and precise. And there was no mess whatsoever. He also took a look at a couple of other problems and offered some good advice. I know he was having a busy day, but he never seemed rushed or in a hurry with the job or with me. He was100% professional in his conduct and in his expertise. (This is the second time I have called Harry; the first experience 1 1/2 years ago was equally as positive.)

Harry did an incredible job. He did the work quickly and efficiently at a low cost. He went above and beyond what he had to do and I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs plumbing in the future.

The serviceman arrived about 2 hours late. He also dropped a heavy piece of equipment on our hardwood floor. My husband ended up having to help him carry the thing downstairs so as to ensure no further damage. The man fixed our leak quickly/efficiently and gave us some advice to keep it from happening again. However, he was not punctual, or careful when entering our home. We will not be using Harry's again.
