Description of Work: The day he came he replaced a faulty smoke alarm in about10 minutes the rest of the time was spent giving me estimates for work to be done in two weeks time. The morning that the work was to be done, he called and said he was not licenced to perform the work.

+ -1 moreClay works very carefully and suggested several creative solutions I had not considered. He is professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Clay installed curtain rods and hung several large/heavy paintings and installed a mortar screw on the exterior of the house and a few other odd jobs. I no longer recall the exact cost, but it was reasonable. I had to fill in an amount in the cost field.

He made sure everything was correct so there was no more water damage then went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect (very meticulous) When asked questions came up with advice and alternative ways to complete other projects in home I made sure I was put on his schedule for more work in the future

Description of Work: He replace the filtering system. He also tried to fix my refrigerator. He was unable to fix and referred me to an appliance service.
