Wonderfully. Tom Hamlet and his son are true professionals. Everything that left came back, which given the amount in and of itself was a marvel. The textiles were cleaned wonderfully with no odor remaining. They returned the items and put the clothes back in the closets from where they came. Tom and his son were pleasant and helpful throughout what was a very stressful experience for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamlet Cleaners.

Perfectly. Everything came back cleaned and pressed and well organized. Mr. Hamlet and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. It was a very large job -- 9 closets full of clothes and then all curtains, linens, leathers. When one of the curtains was too tight they made a special trip to get it and block it then reinstall. Also reinstalled all the curtains. I hope we never need this type of service again but if the unthinkable occurs I would not hesitate to use Hamlet Cleaners again.

My parents suffered an awful kitchen fire that carried smoke and soot completely through the house and turned everything black. We were introduced to Hamlet Cleaning Inc. the day after the fire to begin the restoration process. From start to finish the staff were professional, courteous and very attentive to the emotional state of my parents. The staff removed every item to be cleaned, inventoried them and made knowledgeable recommendations for various processes of the restoration in order to maintain the integrity of many of the delicate items. Once the items were thoroughly cleaned the staff returned and placed all the items back in their orginial postions. My parents never had to lift a finger. Their communication and professionalism were outstanding. Custom window treatments and antique linens that we thought were destroyed now look brand new. There attention to detail is superb! Regardless of what situation you are dealing with rest assured that you & your treasures will be well cared for.
