Called Jonathan at H20 Pro at 3.30 pm today, had a back up with my restaurant grease trap drainage, even tho it was emptied just two weeks ago. Jonathan came to my work place within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and was back just 45 minutes later to fix it. Unlike previous companies he left me with NO clean up, he was diligent and went above and beyond my expectations. I feel lucky to have found a small, local independent business to call on when I need plumbing solutions. When you work with small businesses you always get personalized attention and no gouging. I called h20 pros when I was in a pinch! A home water softener the previous owner had installed had ruptured. I expected it to take hours for an emergency plumber to get to me but they were there in less than 15 and had it fixed in under an hour! Saved me a fortune on clean up cost by being prompt and reliable!

Jonethen arrived at the appointed time with all the tools he needed. I don’t remember all of the mechanical details he described to me, but in no time he fixed my disposal, cleaned up and ready to go. He did a great job and I was most appreciative of his work ethics.
