They showed up when they were supposed to, they were very neat and put down drop cloths, and they told us how to take care of the product. We can’t test it out for another seven days, but it looks very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

They seemed to be prompt, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The thing I ended up not using them was they proposed putting a waterproof liner on top of the tile surface and adding another tile on top of that, which was not required. The other contractor whom I contacted had a wider knowledge of general construction and had proposed a different course of action.

After 5 years of living in our 1946 home, we had decided to sell ... and we knew our one tiny bathroom would be an issue. There was one broken border tile on the wall that left a gaping hole, holes in 2 other tiles from an old pedestal sink, several cracked tiles in the shower, and nasty old grout in the shower, and some mildew under old caulking. We had lived with the issues, thinking that repair would be expensive and/or involve a gut job. In preparation for sale, we called Grout Rx (I found their site online and was impressed). I called and left a message, and the owner called me back later that day. We set up an appointment for later that week. He came, checked out the situation, listened to what we wanted and needed fixed, and did not try to sell us additional services (I was afraid I'd get pressured into floor or wall services, but nope!). He worked up the estimate on site. It was only $600! This did include a figure for an attempt to deep clean our tub, and I was told that if they couldn't clean it to our satisfaction, then we wouldn't have to pay that sum. I agreed to that figure, and scheduled a time for the following week (we needed a quick turn around). Another employee came to fulfill the services, but the owner was in and out a couple of times, and returned at the very end of the job. The job took one full day, and the bathroom looked amazing when they were done. ALL of the issues were addressed to perfection. The tub didn't quite get as clean as anyone had hoped (after 60+ years, there wasn't much enamel left, and the dirt was embedded). As promised, we didn't have to pay them for that service. I was impressed with the professionalism as well as the quality of the services provided. If I had known how much it would have been, we would not have lived with the bathroom issues as long as we did. Our house sold in 5 days!!! I will definitely call them again if we need tile help.

I am very pleased with the results! The tiles were originally installed very close together, yet the team was able to insert the replacement tiles so well it's impossible to tell where they made the repairs. This was not a simple job but GroutRX had the skills needed to get it done right. David and his staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and they respected my house and my time. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. I really appreciated the Angie's List member discount too!

We would have used them but we had leaks and termites and other stuff. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we used the person he referred us to.

They had come out when they said they would, and had finished the work when they said they would. They had performed the contracted work, and had cleaned up after themselves.

It went very well. The appointments were kept and everyone arrived on time. They were very careful and respectful of my house and made sure that the work was done with minimal mess!

I called David Morrison, the owner of GroutRx, on a Monday to explain our leak situation. He was doing 7 other estimates that day, but was still able to fit in an estimate for me which was greatly appreciated. David arrived within the one hour time window he had given me. He was very respectful of my home, removing his shoes without being asked before he entered the house. It took about 20 minutes for David to assess the situation and write up a thorough estimate. David was careful to tell me that although they would seal up the area around the shower very thoroughly, he could not guarantee that this would stop the leak. We decided to move forward with the work. The technician arrived promptly as scheduled. I reviewed the work with him to make sure I had a thorough understanding, and then he started. A little while later, the technician told me he need to run out to get a few supplies and when he would return. This all went exactly as he described. He then did everything in the written estimate (as described above). The whole job took around four hours, which was in the 3-5 hour time frame I was given during the estimate process. Everything was cleaned up very well. The next day the owner called to ask if he could drop by in a little bit to inspect the work. This worked fine for me. He came by 15-20 minutes later, inspected the work, and did a little more caulking in one area of the shower. I was very happy with the work done by GroutRx and would not hesitate to call them for future projects. Be sure to look for a coupon on their web site or in a local coupon magazine.

They were on time, very professional, very clean and meticulous; they made suggestions to save me money and instructed me on how to better care for tile and grout; the work was excellent and thorough.
