 + -1 moreWhile I did not hire, this is the second time I have had Ernest Mowbray come to quote a job because he is a courteous and knowledgeable person. I always learn from our interactions, and I hope to work with him in the future. He knows what he is doing, but his price was $800 higher than the company we chose, especially his Per Window quote. He had a very large project coming up in the Summer. I would suggest that he create a reference sheet with addresses and phone numbers for different size jobs and neighborhoods.
Description of Work: Provided detailed quote, specifying product for a small scale exterior paint job on two story house in Bellevue neighborhood, including all trim, doors, window frames, metal railings. Requested separate per window price for mullions and sashes. Strictly painting - 8 foot soffit replacement was not included, as it was with other bids.
