+ -1 moreWe pay on a two year rate for this company. It is very reasonable at three hundred and fifty dollars. I thought that when they came to install the system, they were very kind. They made sure to answer all of our questions and get the job done in a great amount of time. I am very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: This company came to our home and installed all of the necessary wire to install the security system in our home. This included all of the wiring and the box that we use on a daily basis, which is installed on the wall.

+ -1 moreI like that they are a local company, and also not so big that you feel lost in the crowd. They have a good reputation. I feel very safe knowing that I have them protecting my home. I think if I did ever have to call them it would be easy to get a hold of them.

+ -1 moreI will not recommend this company to anyone ever. They stopped monitoring my house years ago, yet they are still deducting money from my debit account every month. I plan on suing them for a lump sum eventually. But they are terrible and I am not pleased with the service because I have not had any service. They are just charging me for it.
Description of Work: I hired this company to install a monitoring system for me. They installed all of the wire, the box and necessary equipment.

I haven't had any problems with false alarms and the person who came out was more than willing to explain exactly how the system worked and took his time doing so. He was very polite and courteous with me and made sure I understood everything.
Description of Work: General Security of Richmond does the monthly monitoring of my home through an alarm system.
