Description of Work: Foster was one of the companies that we contacted to replace our AC which had died. I dealt with Matt who was informative and very willing to answer all our questions. On installation day the two men who put the system in were very professional, worked long into the late afternoon/early evening to get the system in. The price was right, the product (Trane) was reliable, and how we were treated was also very good. After installation, Matt came over to review the job and found a small issue with the installation. He told me about it without trying to cover up the matter, corrected it, and made sure everything was as it should be. Overall, Fosters went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Description of Work: The gentlemen inspected our entire plumbing system, tightened two leaking hose bibs, repaired/adjusted/increased the hot water flow through our kitchen faucet, provided a recommendation on replacing our water heater (we expected this; it's in very bad shape), and gave us a written estimate for it's replacement - one which included Foster supplying the water heater and one in which we would. They also adjusted and tightened faucet handles throughout the house, cleaned drains, and repaired the linkage on a pop-up stopper in a bathroom sink. I was very impressed with how personable they were while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.

Description of Work: We decided the hot water heater was too old, had never been flushed and would be problematic if we did. We discussed an eventual replacement unit. The technicians did help me with another problem: Some water leak raising my water bill. They checked the street connection and tested several possibilities. Together, we discovered the offending leak. They were very helpful and supportive.

Description of Work: There were problems that were eventually adequately resolved. I would use them again for plumbing.
