Description of Work: I had a discount for the water heater cleaning only for the guy to tell me I will need a new one in the next year (I just bought the house and told it was placed in the last 3 yrs). I had to buy my own fixture for the bath tub and it still cost me over 150 dollars for installment of a drain spout. They do great work and are very professional but I did not think it should cost so much for something so simple. I asked about a knocking noise with my water heater when turning off the water and I was told I needed to redo all my valves and piping in the wall (something I cannot afford definitely from them). They are great to work with and have been very accommodating.

Description of Work: I had a leaky shower. Foster Plumbing sent Paul to fix my problem. He was stuck in traffic and kindly called to let me know he would be a bit later. Paul had to make many trips up and down my stairs, but was able to fix my shower so it is drip free! He was pleasant and a great worker.

Was very impressed with their office support, the iPad billing processes, and the follow up from the office to check on the outcome. A class act.

Description of Work: Paul removed an old bathroom cabinet and sink. He took all debris with him. However I was made aware the cost to replace the cabinet and sink of which I had already purchased, would be $400.00 and I believe that is way too expensive. It is just installing the plumbing, cabinet and sink. I've done everything else.

Description of Work: Replaced gaskets in upstairs and downstairs toilets. Technician was able to quickly diagnose and make repairs. He explained what was causing the noise and assured me it was a common complaint. I would definitely call Foster's for future plumbing needs.
