Description of Work: I bought a deal for service and paid an additional fee for repairs. The service tech tried to fix my dripping shower fixture and the toilet flapper that was leaky. He did't have the correct flapper in his truck so he went to the hardware store and purchased one (the toilet still is refilling every 6 hours or so -which is what that was supposed to have fixed). The shower could not be fixed with replacing the washers (he said the whole assembly would have to be replaced or at minimum the stems - costing from $400 and up for just the parts). I had an inline water filter put in and he adjusted the charge on that so it was much more reasonable. I would have skipped having that easy service done if he hadn't. Overall, the plumber they sent tried to be helpful and work on things.

Description of Work: When I called to make the appointment they said they would get back to me. I had to end up calling them a week later because they never contacted me back. The gentleman that came to our house was nice enough, but he wanted to charge an additonal $300 to replace two faucettes and a shower head and handle. We had already removed the faucettes, all he had to do was install the new ones and remove and install the new shower head and handle. My husband decieded to go ahead and do it himself. It only took him an hour and fifteen minutes to do, I was just trying to save him some time.
