As a mulit-year Super Service Award Winner, Foster Plumbing & Heating is a family-owned business has been helping homeowners stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter since 1989. We have been in the industry since 1946. We pride ourselves in treating our customers and our staff fairly. For years Foster Plumbing & Heating has been servicing the Richmond area with quality and professional care. Our heating and cooling technicians are fully trained and provide the best service in the area. Description of Work: We had ordered cartridges for leaky faucets from Kohler. Foster was install them. Kohler sent only 1 for our sink down stairs and Foster installed the cartridge. (1) We will have to reorder the cartridges for upstairs. In attempting to install a cartridge in the upstairs sink, the service man broke the faucet. We now have to purchase two sets of faucets for upstairs in order to match. The net of the service call was installation of one cartridge for a cost of $186. The service man was here about 35 ,minutes. I am sorry but I think $186 is way to much money for his time and what was accomplished.

Description of Work: They fixed everything on the check list but after replacing the parts in our kitchen faucet, the faucet still leaks. The plumber did a great job overall but the day after he left the faucet is leaky if the handle isn't in the exact position.

Description of Work: Foster replaced my air conditioner and furnace. The air conditioner is mounted on my roof so this was not an easy task. Foster came within 48 hours from my initial call to give me an estimate. A week later they came out for installation. They also provided me with a temp air unit after the estimate to help keep my house cool before they were able to install. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use and recommend them. Installed a Trane System. Also performed a 2 week followup to make sure no issues and includes 2 future maintenance visits.
