They did about 15 minutes of work but if I needed anything else done it would have cost me way too much. |I asked about installing a faucet and was quoted a price of $207.00. I had previously got a price from another plumber and he would have put in 2 faucets for under $100.00.

We liked the price, were impressed by the reviews, and requested the price for an upgrade to a Toto standard height fixture, which came back in line with with our research. We were into the remodel of the bathroom already, and it only took an additional day to get the special order in and allowed us to finish removing wallpaper without rushing. | |Their installers were timely, friendly and knew their trade well. They discovered a crack in the tank, got a replacement from the supply house, and finished up mid afternoon. We are very pleased with their price, response time, friendly people throughout the organization. | |We also asked for pricing for fixture upgrades in other bathrooms, and received a good first quote along with a quote for gas piping for a new pool heater, which we awarded to them. We are thru the rough in inspection, and scheduled for final hookup tomorrow. Very pleased with their tradesman on this job too...great attention to detail and tucking the pipe in close to the existing fence and behind posts...exceeding expectations all around."

Description of Work: We live in an old house and one of our cast iron waste water pipes was cracked and leaking into a wall. Paul from Foster was sent over to evaluate the issue. | |It was a tough situation as the pipe was in a really tight spot. Paul was honest and thorough in his communication. He really seemed like he knew what he was doing. | |It was a tough job, and it took a fair amount of exploration to figure out the right path. He worked tirelessly. I don't think he took a single break during all of the time he was here. | |The pipe was replaced and so far so good with the repair being solid. This was the kind of experience that compelled me to call Foster and compliment Paul's professionalism and work ethic.
