Description of Work: They were unable to find problem with my disposal. I tried having them change my whole house filter, the techs seemed young and unexperienced. They did not drain water properly, and water ran everywhere. The filter didn't get changed. I had them look at some outside faucets. They were unable to determine type or parts needed. They left, I still basically had problems I had to begin with. They cleaned up their messes, and they were very nice.

Description of Work: Came out to fix a leak, was told it would cost more than the $100 package offered from Angie's List, and then didn't complete the work... Left me with the leak. Said I could buy the part and call him to talk me through doing it myself... WASTED $40.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal coupon to have one of my A/C-heat pump units inspected and serviced prior to the summer cooling season. $49 was a good deal. The Foster technician did a thorough job; every bit the equivalent of competitors who charge lots more. I've had Foster back to do other work since. They made a great impression.
