We were able to get an appointment within two hours of our call. The scheduler was very professional and even called us 30 minutes before the plumber's arrival as a courtesy. The plumber arrived on time and promptly reviewed each item to be repaired. He fixed the toilet and 2 faucets to our satisfaction and recommended that we consider replacing the kitchen faucet, based on valid concerns. The work was completed in about 45 minutes. We were very satisfied and will have them install the new kitchen faucet, once we make that purchase.

Foster has been my first choice for the past few years. They are fantastic with scheduling and their technicians explain what they are doing and how to care for things.

Two Foster technicians arrived on time and performed the following: checked over all wiring, blower, capacitors, contacts, aux heat, relays, voltage and inspected duct at unit. Cleaned out service panels, checked condensing fan motor, compressor, pressures and amp draws. All checked out OK. If future service/repairs are needed I would definitely contact Foster Plumbing and Heating to do the work.

Tim was professional and went out of his way to describe what he was doing and what I might be able to do myself with other repair projects as they pop up. I would use these guys again and specifically ask for Tim.

They do a great job. I was using them long before I was on Angie's List. They are on Angie's List and are one of the A-rated companies. I have been using them for about 10 years. I use them every six months. When I bought a new system from them I got the extended contract. They just did a great job. They kept their word and stuck to the price. I just could not ask for better service. They came first thing Monday morning. Danny always does a good job. He is the guy who always comes and does my service. I know these people so they are very friendly and very professional. The speed in which they determined the issue is unbelievable. Their knowledge and professionalism stand out.

The guy who does the quotes is named Matt Torrence; he just knows his stuff. He answered every question I had even before the installation and went through the best thing for this particular house. He did a wonderful job of selling. They did a good job and did it quickly. They were able to quote and get it in here within a week or so. I trust them so I know their prices are very competitive. I have been using them for 10 years.

The HVAC technician came and checked for 15 min. He didn't do any lubricating or calibrating thermostat or tighening electrical connections. Angies List discounted from the original service price of $200 or something. I couldn't imagine if I had to pay the original price for this kind of check-up work. My previous technician took the fan blade apart to inspect and lubricate a lot of components.

It went very well. This was our first time using Foster. I called them first thing in the morning and Tim arrived several hours later. He was prompt, nice, and professional. The cold supply line to our downstairs bathroom was leaking underneath the house and he was able to repair it. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent. Daniel and CJ were courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained the work they had done, the condition of my unit, and what I could expect in the future. I felt very confident in their knowledge and examination of my unit. This was an excellent purchase from Angie's List and I would recommend them to anyone. The only problem was in determining a time for the appointment but it worked out fine. I was told they would call an hour ahead of arrival. This did not happen. Fortunately I was home when they arrived. They may never have had the information from their office.

This was the first time I've used Foster Plumbing & Heating, and I was very pleased with the service. I was somewhat concerned that it would be a cursory job because I purchased a $49 special. However, Dalton was excellent. He did not appear to be rushed as he checked my A/C system thoroughly. He also fixed a separate item (insulation which was hanging down from one of the ducts). So I think that he went above and beyond any expectations. He also took the time to provide some advice regarding better use of the A/C. While the actual A/C service was outstanding, I do think the appointment set-up could be improved. Right after making the purchase on Angie's List, I received an email from Foster's asking for my home phone number so they could call me to make an appointment. So my entering three possible dates/times when I purchased the certificate were a waste of time. However, I was impressed that they contacted me and waited for the call. After some time went by with no call, I called them to make an appointment. I would recommend that they don't request such information if they're not going to follow up. It delayed the process a bit. This is a small thing, but could be improved. Otherwise, everything was great!

Very Well. 2 Man Team showed up on time. Assessed functionality of upstairs unit and suggested minor improvements for air flow, longevity.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with scheduling HVAC services, his Techs did a great job during their visits for the Big Deal. We also called Fosters for after hours HVAC service when A/C stopped working during recent hot spell - again a great job, A rating for HVAC! We were pleased with plumbing services requested to install new kitchen faucet and on another occasion leaking bathroom valves, however, both times we had to call them back for continued leaking & because faucet was misaligned - B rating for quality of work for plumbing but they came back same day.

The techs showed up right on time and were friendly and professional. The toilet they were working on had had the seal replaced when we bought the house four years ago so the tech was surprised it was already leaking. After working on the toilet for a few minutes, they called me in to explain that the flange came up too high from the floor. He said they could cut the pipe to fix that issue, but that it would be much more expensive. Instead, we decided to use shims to make up for the height issue. They finished work on the toilet and then quickly fixed the sink pipe. I was originally quoted $175 for both repairs, but because the pipe was so corroded, it needed to be replaced (not just cleaned), thus resulting in a slightly higher cost. I could easily see the corrosion on the outside of the pipe, so I wasn't surprised and thought the price was still reasonable for both repairs. I would definitely call this company again for help!

Paul is the best! Went above and beyond to make sure the new toilet was properly installed (builder did a poor job which cause wood floor damage).

The provider was knowledgeable and professional. I wanted to know more about my heating system and he answered my numerous questions and explained everything he was doing. I could see that he had a good understanding of what he was doing and he was able to show me that my system was in good shape, did not need any adjustments and was clean. He gave me tips on how to continue to maintain my system and how to troubleshoot any problems they may come (since my heat/ac system is 11 years old.) I would recommend the technician Danny to any one. He was thorough and spent more time than I would have expected going over my unit. I will use again.

Tim was very pleasant & professional for a 7:30 am appointment. His scheduled arrival was prompt. Service provided as per coupon. I asked for a quote on a leaking basement sink and he worked up a quote which seems reasonable & showed me why full laundry sink removal/replacement needed versus "just" replace pipe. I'll call in a couple weeks for scheduling.
