We have been in the industry since 1946. We pride ourselves in treating our customers and our staff fairly. Description of Work: Fixed tub faucet leak in hall upstairs bathroom and fixed sink faucet leak in master bath. | |Work was professionally and efficiently done. Worked completed in timely fashion. Service technician arrived promptly, was extremely courteous, and completed required work.

Description of Work: Technician told us we had asbestos and lead paint in our walls. I was alarmed as I have stage 4 cancer. My husband had someone come out that same day to take samples. Turns out there was no asbestos nor any lead paint. The tech, by saying what he did, was both unprofessional and caused a lot of stress. I was not pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List, but never heard from Foster Plumbing. Very disappointed to take the time to purchase this deal, but no follow through by the service provider. The form required me to enter a date of service, but I was never contacted.

Description of Work: Came in and said could not tighten stool to floor sub floor was bad. The only work done took approximately two minutes. Adjusted bulb in tank (two bathroom).I paid more than the promo deal. I'm not sure of the date of the service. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!!!

Description of Work: The Foster's plumber came out to repair our hot water heater. He immediately discovered that our hot water heater was still under warranty. He called to confirm all the information and talked to the manufacturer to ensure we would receive our money credit for our 10 year old water heater. He was so professional and honest. All his efforts were advantageous for us as we saved about $500. We will definitely call them if we ever need a plumber again.
