Description of Work: Installed a new toilet I purchased through them and removed the old one.

Description of Work: Plumber cut our section of pipe and blew out the pipe. Did not solve the clogged pipe. Said it was probably a blocked air vent on roof. Wrong. I relayed this information to another plumber on the phone and he said it did not sound like a blocked air vent. He solved the problem as soon as he got to our house. All it needed was a snake from the outlet pipe/valve which was in the garage. Foster was a complete waste of money. Is there any way of getting my money back?

Description of Work: The plumber came to the house and talked me through my options regarding three issues. I decided to tackle two of those myself and hire them to complete the third, which was a replacement of the tub/shower innards. They were able to schedule me soon after I called, the plumber arrived on time and did the work in less than two hours, and now I have a shower that works great!

We enjoyed talking to him as he quickly installed and cleaned up after done.company priced was a wee bit more than expected but job was performed very nicely. Looks great!!!

Description of Work: Kitchen faucet and p-trap needed replacing. After repeated cancellations/no shows from another plumber we contacted Foster. They set an appointment right away, confirmed, called to let us know they were on the way, showed up on time and did a good job for reasonable price.

Description of Work: I pick these guys because of high customer service ratings but that was not my experience with their plumber. The plumber had an attitude because he did not want to admit to his quote he gave me and what they were charging. He did not want to except the Angie's list deal I already paid for so we had to call his supervisor who finally approved it. He broke my water line to the refrigerator and took no responsibility for it - I cleaned up the water all over my kitchen floor - I just wanted him to finish what he was doing and leave. When I did call him on his lack of customer service he got upset and was threatening to leave - even though I had a broke water line and job unfinished. I told him no you are going to finish the job or let me talk to your supervisor again. The work he did was good but the price was way to high even with the Angie's list deal and his professionalism was not keeping the customer satisfaction in mind. What made me laugh is when he cut the copper line out he put it in his truck and did not give it to me. I guess the price of copper is so high he must have needed the extra money, so I just laughed and let him have it. I have never seen a plumber do something so unprofessional like that before - usually they give it to you since it is your property and tell you were a good metal place is that is giving top dollar for scrap.
